After months of communication regarding metallic silver lettering, pantone 877c. They say they can fulfill that request although the digital proofs will not show metallic, but the product will. They send me product in grey'ish and tell me that they don't do metallic. I reminded them that is not what we discussed & I cannot use grey or white. I was immediately told it's too late & I approved the design & they would not respond to me. After posting my review the original person I spoke with did apologize and do their best to correct the situation. Serge, is great to work with. In the end not able to meet requirements but did offer a refund. If only all employees took a moment to listen to the customer and read through all communications before taking their money and leaving them with a product that is unsatisfactory. Serge, I appreciate the care you took with this situation. Losing stars because of the employee who did not care. Very stressful & confusing. Changing from one star to three.
