Nomad have no toilet
It bad to know Nomad had no toilet for customers to use in any of its locations.
It's even worse know Nomad is very busy making money and can't be bothered to pay a cleaner even twice a week, to make sure satisfaction is guaranteed

Gentle and thorough nurse
The nurse, Hannah, was very helpful. She advised me what injections to have for Malaysia at this time of year and was very gentle. No bruising or particular pain. Thanks, Hannah.

Nomad - we’ll be back
Nomad made is so easy - swift appointment setting, cheerful, charming and professional staff, record checking for our history of inoculations so we didn’t double up where it wasn’t necessary, painless jabs, nothing was too much effort, never felt rushed. Would recommend Nomad to anyone.

Excellent service and information.
Extremely professional and pleasant young lady was very thorough and articulate in explaining the requirements for a possible Yellow Fever injection.
There were several queries that she had to refer to a Doctor by e mail.
We were contacted by the Doctor with advice the next day which I regard as excellent service.

I attended Nomad in Bristol to collect…
I attended Nomad in Bristol to collect a replacement Yellow Fever certificate (they still had my vaccination on record) and get a clutch of other boosters. The nurse was very thorough, we went through my history and worked out what was needed for my trip, and then she double checked whether there were any contraindications with the medication that I take normally. The whole process was quick, thorough and very professional. I would not hesitate to use Nomad again.
