First class from start to finish, a friendly welcoming environment, where you can feel the artists enjoy their work. Giavanna patiently helped me adapt and tweak my design then brought it to life with so much care and attention the result was so good . I didn’t even care about the parking ticket that was waiting for me. I would highly recommend a visit you will honestly leave with no regrets other than where you parked .

I attended a consultation at No Regrets Edinburgh for a fairly large and detailed tattoo. I travelled to Edinburgh specifically for the appointment and the consultation with the artist who was actually excellent — he was friendly and helpful and I came away really looking forward to having the work done.
Unfortunately, the experience since then has been very disappointing. I was told at the consultation that management would contact me regarding pricing, availability and booking the sessions. I then received an email from management suggesting that if I'd already booked with the artist they looked forward to seeing me, which contradicted what I'd been told.
I replied explaining this and asking how I should proceed, but received no response. I subsequently contacted the studio/customer service again to explain the situation and provide feedback, and have still had no response.
It's a real shame because I was genuinely excited about having the tattoo done there and had a very positive impression of the artist. However, having to repeatedly chase just to find out how to actually book after attending a consultation doesn't give me much confidence going forward.
I don't like leaving negative reviews, but after making the effort to take time off work to attend the consultation and then receiving no response to multiple attempts to contact the studio, I think the experience is worth sharing. Unfortunately, I'm now going to have to go elsewhere for the work.

I was gifted a tattoo from my son as a Xmas present ,I was delighted so i went in had a consultation with Hanz
Gave him a basic design of a celestial compass and ask him to spruce it up a bit that was 2 months ago, low and behold a Buddha appeared on it for some reason ,I asked him to remove it honestly looked as though he had copied and pasted it 5 mins before I came in. He then added a 2 square boxes and made a.star like a 6 year old would. I ask him to remove this as well because it looked terrible,he proceeded with the tattoo, his tablet ran out of battery as did his tattoo gun first tatt of the day .I asked him 3 times for the numbers in colour only tiny digits which he did not do, them proceeded to call me a liar and say I should have said which I did 3 times ,so he either has a short attention span or his ears are tattooed on.So if you have a consultation get a witness , the work was okay,The lady at reception makes a nice coffee though.I left raging and never even used a £50. Voucher no regrets sent me.

My experience with No Regrets Studios Edinburgh has been amazing from the telephone consultation with Erin to my tattoo being created and finished by Ceniza. His creation was exactly how I'd imagined it. He was very friendly and an absolute perfectionist. Just a really nice guy, I'd recommend him 100%. The studio itself is clean, relaxed and so professional. I wouldnt go anywhere else in the future and the studio and its people are definitely 5 stars

Absolutely amazing studio where you are made to feel very welcome & comfortable, in what can be quite an intimating setting. It is also full of talented artists & my artist, Romulo, was really amazing & efficient also. Already planning my next & will be booking in very soon! A side note is how amazing their communication is, with reminders & constantly asking if you have any questions leading up to it etc.

Absolutely fantastic. I went in hoping to cover up a terrible decision from my 20s, and I walked out with a genuine masterpiece from Leon. The transformation is astonishing — the final piece is awesome in the truest sense of the word. I finally understand why real art carries real value. Leon talks you through every step, treats the craft with total respect, and delivers work that belongs in a gallery. I recommend him without hesitation.

First class service from day one. I was so worried my daughters footprints would get damaged it took me 10 years to trust an artist. So glad i picked NR Zoya was brillant and turns out my originals didnt need more than a picture taken... She matched them 100% and im so greatful. I will be back thank you so much

I was definitely late to the tattoo party, so I was a bit apprehensive about what to expect, and my dislike of needles probably didn't help!

That said, I was genuinely surprised by how easy and enjoyable the whole experience was. The team at No Regrets made me feel comfortable from the start, showed a real interest in my design idea, and guided me through every step of the process.

My tattoo artist, Giovanna, was fantastic—professional, patient, and incredibly talented. The quality of her work was exceptional, and she really brought my vision to life.

Overall, I had a great experience and couldn't have asked for a better introduction to getting tattooed.

Would I get another tattoo? Watch this space!

Booked in with Camilo at the Exeter studio for several sessions to complete a large back coverup piece that no other studio could do. I have one session left and the work is absolutely exceptional. The staff are very helpful and filled me with confidence from the initial meeting and design process

Amazing from start to finish! Professional and responsive from the first enquiry message right the way through the process. AJ clearly takes so much pride in his work, he was professional, kind and really precise.

My experience in Manchester by Vladimir was amazing from beginning to end.
I gave him my idea, he made it even better and delivered!
Vladimir just wasnt happy until he'd done every little detail!

My first tattoo so did my research, found No Regrets and I have no regrets.
7 hours long and worth every penny.
(You can go and pay less. Have it done quicker but i know from my experience it was worth every penny)

I had the most amazing experience from start to finish the whole process was the best I have ever had I would describe it as feeling like I got my tattoo on the private health. Communication perfect and Igor my tattooist is one very talented artist the whole process was faultless I would very highly recommend them thank you so much 😁

Wow, what an amazing store in Ostia Rome ITaly. Most everything is under $40 EU's....Found amazing scarves, shirts, and purses. Bargains galore.

This was my first tattoo and the artist, Naz, was really great.
She was was friendly and professional and did an amazing job.
The tattoo healed really well and I will definitely go back to her in the future.

I wasn’t going to leave a review as the overall management who has dealt with my complaint has been wonderful. However I am still reeling from my experience and living with the worst tattoo ever.
I went with No Regrets as the work I initially saw was outstanding.
However…
I went for a free consultation, I was under the impression that the artist was going to work with me and send some email ideas over. Nothing arrived. Drew on my leg with potential ideas then left me with Suni, who quoted me the most extortionate price for a 6 hour session. I thought for the money they have to be good. £250 deposit, there and then, I did, annoyingly sign the terms and conditions of no regrets. This is the biggest mistake of my life. I left thinking what the hell have I just done? Went back to see if I could get my deposit back, no chance. Literally hard luck. My session was booked for first week in September 2025. I hadn’t received any sort of design, I was asked to sign a consent form saying I was happy with the design, I explained that I can not sign that as I have no idea what my design was. My artist was late, there was no urgency whatsoever, very clever considering this was eating into session time. Then he had to set up, then he actually couldn’t remember what I said I liked, so he said do you like butterflies? Yes, so that’s how the design unfolded. I wish I’d have just ran when I realised how disorganised things were.
It was for a cover up tattoo, fine line tattoo would have been so much better. Finally he was ready, I asked if the back of the seat could be raised up. He seemed annoyed that I asked. Reluctantly he did raise the back up. So then my tattoo started possibly an hour and a half after I had arrived. There was no conversation, I totally get the artists need to concentrate. Then came the break. Restarted and then there was another break due to maintenance on emergency exit lighting. Another 45mins eating into my money. Then when my tattoo was restarted he was on his phone constantly and when this was mentioned I was told his family are from Columbia. What??? That is absolutely not my problem! I am paying you for a service I do not expect your attention to be on your phone, due to the time difference over seas.
Then came the shading, this is the most horrific mess on my leg ever. I have been offered laser removal, as a follow up from no regrets, free of charge, as it’s such a mess, I will be in touch to follow this up as I hate this tattoo with a passion, but I had to allow it to fully heal. I developed the most horrendous infection which needed antibiotics. And the scarring is awful. The shading is broken and my skin is shiny and really fragile.
This should be called instant regrets tattoo.
All this company cares about is money. I sent photos of my infection and broken skin and was told that my tattoo was really overworked. Rosie was really helpful and gave me money back and regular check ins. But this experience has literally left me scarred for life.
I would give this studio a massive wide birth and find somewhere that actually care about what they are doing!

I had two sessions with Bako at the Bristol studio, it was a cover up and the detail is amazing! I would highly recommend Bako and will definitely be back for more

Really friendly modern studio full of great artists. Rob Santos has done three pieces for me and they’re all amazing. Cannot recommend him highly enough.
