Their customer service is exceptional
Their customer service is exceptional. I recieved my free productss samples so quickly. I received emails from them making sure they were sending the right size etc. I have not used all the products yet, but they may be getting a new client. My incontinence problem is a sensitive subject, between my husband & myself. because of the burden it puts on our finances., & I feel so worthless sometimes, It's so nice to have such wonderful & supportive Customer service.

The product is very good
The product is very good, but the price seems to be going up every time I reorder! Also, it’s very hard to change order date on line, you end up having to call anyways. The program isn’t set up right. I keep telling them on the phone about it, but nothing is ever done!
