Delivery Scam
The parts staff are friendly and helpful but you never know who you’re going to talk to with all calls going through a call center. We have just ordered £1000 worth of parts and asked for delivery due to the weight and told there would be a delivery charge to deliver less than a 100mtrs away. This absolute scam especially when every other dealers delivery from miles away for free.

Clear up front pricing
Clear up front pricing. Very knowledgeable technicians who understand the product. I trust them with my Motorhome to do a good job. Always really helpful and easy to talk to. Had a B service MOT and ATF change along with some field remedies all done with no fuss.

When I first used Northside years ago service was so poor that I left once our contract ended, 6 years later I'm back with them and boy what an improvement.
No matter what my issues are the team always come up with a solution, especially Serena, she really does look after you, she's like my unofficial account manager.
If only all my clients had a Serena :)

I had an issue with an electric vito
I had an issue with an electric vito. Went to one particular Mercedes dealership and my experience was not the best to be fair. I ended up bringing to Northside, and found Serena and Jon extremely helpful. They listened to my perspective and between us came to a reasonable outcome. They were friendly and approachable. Hi
I dropped my van for first time, they priced for me £1500 with 2 year warranty, which is I was grateful for it.
Soon I picked up my van in one mile
The van was worst than before.
( even the van doesn’t go on the rd)
Then I back to them after 20 minutes and I said to them the van doesn’t going, they said ok we will check again with no extra charges .
so next day they called me and they said van ready to pickup, just the engineer, he forgot to tight some bolt
which is ok for Now.
Then I been used the van for 2 weeks times only coz I was in holiday and the issues I was given to them from first time it’s still there No Fixed!
I back again to them and I told the manager my van Not fixed properly he said I will be in charged again like the same first charge,which is not fair I had a little explanation for him.
but he don’t want to understood!
fortunately for me discussing service maybe the colours make different.
I would be Not back again!!
Just be careful with them because they are Not high professional jobs as I thought !
75% work by guessing Not by experience I’m really shocked Mercedes like that!

Happy again
Vast improvements have been made since returning to Northside with our latest fleet. Finally working with us to suit our needs as well as us understanding Northsides needs. Great guys in the work shop but a massive shout out to CC who gives us her absolute all to help when needed even if it should be someone else's area! Dont ever leave CC!!
