Noticeboards Online Opiniões 

We weren't sure what type of noticeboard to purchase to replace our old, decrepit wooden board (ie stick with wood or switch to a metal board). The sales team were really helpful and went through the pro's and con's of each type, what our budget was and also sizes (how much we wanted to display etc). The board is great, it's up (we used their installation service) and the community are really happy with it.

To open and close the two doors on the noticeboard we have to use a security Allen key to fit and remove the four bolts. A most unsatisfactory method. The Noticeboard Company provided just exactly the four bolts needed - no spares - and it is so easy to drop one and lose one - and just the one security Allen key which is also so easy to drop and lose. No spares. Even a £2 padlock would come with two keys!! We asked for some extra bolts and keys but the company sent nothing. Appalling company with shocking customer service.

Horrendous, rude and shocking customer service. Avoid at all costs! Received a highly unprofessional email with offensive language after I simply requested a quotation from them. Apparently my email wasn't interesting enough? I am shocked and completely blown away!

Paid for three interpretation boards from this company in June 2021. This included artwork design of separate posters for each board. The artwork was supposedly sent and delivered on 28th Jan. (yes, six months after having paid for it!!!). The artwork, was (according to their courier company) signed for by someone who does not work here, nor is the 'signature' anything more than a scribble. The CCTV of our office shows no delivery at the time specified on the delivery note, nor any time that afternoon. Despite this, The Noticeboard Company have informed me that the delivery company have "closed the matter", and hopefully it'll turn up in our office at some point??? Honestly, the worst customer service I have ever received. I now have a client who is refusing to work with our company again due to this specific matter and have paid for something up front, over six months ago that I still haven't received.

The care free attitude of the company is absolutely shocking and I would urge anyone needing any signs not to touch this company with a barge pole.
