I used this company because the plumber had warned me that there was a small chance that I'd need to return the product due to compatibility and Not Just Taps had an excellent return policy. Product came very promptly and turns out the product was just what I needed so need to return

Ordered a part which was delivered promptly and good quality at an excellent price. Unfortunatly, the box contained two left components rather than the left right thier should of been. I contacted NotJustTaps and new pair arrived the next day. As problems often occur in pairs, the new set has a problem with the thread on one unit. Again contacted NotJustTaps, and again ,had a new pair arrive the next day. Happy to say this time everything was perfect. Thrilled with the great support, and have now ordered additional items via this great seller!

Got exactly what was described and saved a very expensive tap from being replaced.

The Hudson Reed mono pedestal tap and the lever had corroded and pitted to the point that it made the whole sink area look a mess.

Ordered replacement and fitted it in 2 minutes after arrival. Not Hudson Reed but you cant tell and it saved a £300 tap

This is a follow up review to my last submission,when I had expressed a concern that I had not received my order.Not Just Taps on reading my review got intouch with me and refunded my original payment and suggested that if and when my order did arrive I should keep the item despite the refund. I thought this very generous and appreciated the gesture. Finally my order did arrive some eight days after placing the order. And as I had previously suggested that I expected the poor delivery service was a reflection on Royal Mail, I still believe this to be the case. Would I use Not Just Taps again yes I would.

They managed to identify my tap part from a photo & sent me the link to order, it was delivered within 2 days, They also refunded half of the original postage to due an administrative error, I was delighted with NotJustTaps all round service what a company. A great company to use for a plumber.

The service from NotJustTaps was excellent had to wait a short time for delivery as the parts ordered where out of stock but everything was okay as soon as the company had the parts required they were sent by express many thanks.

I ordered some tap inserts and they were despatched very quickly with constant communication keeping me up to date with delivery. Excellent. I only gave 4 stars as postage was very high for such a tiny package, ie same price as the inserts! This might put me off using them again.

In my experience Notjusttaps is a great service. My kitchen tap developed a drip. Most annoying. Checking online on how to fix revealed it likely to be a fault with the ceramic disk valve and I likely need a replacement. Unfortunataly that there are a huge number of variations of ceramic disc valve that have been used since they were inrtroduced. If you know the make and model of your type you should be OK. If not its a nightmare. Anyway the notjusttaps website asked for some dimensions of the valve in question (with clear instructions) and a photo. With this a very helpful assistant (Barbara) identified a suitable replacement valve and link to it so I could buy it. Also if it don't work I could return it for a refund. It worked. Hats off to notjusttaps and to Barbara. Thanks. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend them.

Measurements of tap insert that I was unable to purchase locally, sent to NotJustTaps together with a photograph. A response within a day recommending a specific product. I ordered online and the parts arrived within a few days. Parts fitted and tap working. I had the reassurance that if the parts were not correct they could be returned. Such excellent service.

Outstanding service and GREAT valve. I would highly recommend these guys and gals. I called up with an enquiry and they said they would call me back and they did. They sent out the taps same day so I could fit them next day saving the client time and money. Highly HIGHLY recommend them. As a Gas engineer and plumber I WILL be using them again and again.
