For context, we're a 2 person, tech startup that works with clients all around the world.

We moved to Novabook from Accountancy Cloud over a year ago now, partly due to pricing initially.

We have been seriously impressed since. It feels like we are getting a better quality service at a cheaper price?!

It's an actual modern firm with a solid platform, they just get things done, and deal with all the fiddly things (like EU OSS VAT) that our previous firm wouldn't touch.

And they are super fast and responsive, Gus (our contact) is very knowledgable (I say this as a former chartered accountant myself) and helpful whenever we have had questions.

Could ask for more from them as accountants.

Novabook run our UK & US accounts and payroll at Rig. It has been a very good experience - email replies are ridiculously fast and the platform for onboarding and for batch payroll is very slick. I never have to think about accounting now, compared to the accountants I used previously who made everything feel like pulling teeth. Very pleased with the service - shout out to Sam who handles our account and is great.
