you can no longer see the concerning reviews of their previous company on trustpilot but they can be accessed here. I am someone who paid for a mobility scooter on March 24th which I did not receive and now am owed over £2300 with very little chance of recovering this money. Please be very very wary of Nova
Please check reviews for Kardinal Independent Living before considering on whether to use this company or not. This is exactly the same people that ran Kardinal and they caused so many issues for so many customers in the past. This review is completely factual and all the evidence is available via reviews and company house.
Very poor same old people who worked for kardinal, sold me a scooter only had it 5 months

Owes me £150 for hosting website... chased them for months to put a regular payment in, wouldn't. Wouldn't reply only with threats of takedown then boom they jsut do a runner! I wouldn't trust them with your money and I do imagine all the other reviews and facebook group will tell you enough!
PLEASE BEWARE. Kardinals independent living 1 star reviews- nova are the same family who went into liquidation and started up this ! Read all reviews before buying anything

I have now won in court proceedings against Kardinal Independent Living, the same directors now run Nova Mobility. Many customers have had similarly negative experiences.

Same directors as Kardinal Independent Living Ltd. That company went into liquidation after causing problems to many customers, including a few having to initiate legal proceedings. Check reviews for Kardinal before considering using Nova Mobility Group Ltd.
