Got hair transplant two weeks ago and couldn't of asked for better result absolutely over the moon thanks to now hair. I had my hair transplant with Now Hair back in March, after first speaking with Scott in December 2024, and honestly I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.

I’d been thinking about getting a transplant for a long time but was never fully sure. A family friend recommended Now Hair and Scott, and I’m so glad they did. From the very start, Scott has been amazing — always quick to respond, reassuring, and clear about every step.

After the surgery, Kerry was with me, at the end of the phone, every day for two weeks, and she was incredible. She helped with everything, made sure the healing was on track, and was so supportive throughout. Having her there made the whole process so much easier, and I couldn’t have asked for better aftercare.

From the very first conversation, NOW stood apart from every other clinic I’d looked at. Being able to speak with Karl, someone who had personally been through the procedure was invaluable.

There was absolutely no sales pressure, just honest, genuinely useful information and advice that helped me make a fully informed decision at my own pace.

Once I decided to go ahead, the flexibility around locations and dates made the whole process completely stress-free. Im only 12 or so days in at free the procedure so can only comment up to now but the early signs look really positive.
This was the cheapest quote could find for what I wanted (my sides were receding) and even cheaper than Turkey.
Every thing ran smoothly on the day the team were great. Only a couple of improvements 1) the nurse did the health questionnaire with me in the waiting room infront of other ppl. Some ppl might find this uncomfortable.
2) The Dr (who did an excellent job and is very talented) tries to sell you everything under the sun
After the procedure the aftercare team was second to none. Absolutely brilliant and really makes sure I was on track with the recovery.

John has fantastic knowledge surrounding hair loss and hair transplant, very calm and reassuring every step of the way, even on procedure day John was texting to make sure everything was happing and to make sure I was comfortable and not in pain.

I’m currently 11 days post op and I have only good things to say. Kerry’s aftercare is second to none, re-assuring, regular check ups and just a great service. Never had to ask many questions as all the information received was so thorough.

On the day Dr Manir and he’s team were amazing and although I’m only 11 days post op I’m extremely happy with the results. I cant wait to see how it turns out and will update the review in 6-12 months.

My time with Now Hair so far has been absolutely fantastic! I was very anxious in making the decision to have the procedure after speaking to different companies, but a 20 minute phone call with Karl he put me at ease. His knowledge and experience really is second to none and I wasn't pushed at all into making a decision. The day was so straight forward and hassle free. I was then was passed onto Kerry who is their aftercare nurse and she is phenomenal! she checked in daily, 7 days a week and was so reassuring and helpful. I've recently been passed back to Karl who has advised me with medications to use and what to expect over the next few months and we plan to keep in contact going forward for any concerns or queries I may have.

It took me quite some time to decide to go ahead with the procedure, but once I had decided to go ahead I phoned Karl.
Karl was great and a pleasure to talk to, really made me feel comfortable and that I would be in safe hands.

In all honesty I was looked after really well through the entire procedure and the after care has been superb.
