I bought a new rug from Nuastyle last month. The site is easy to navigate and the salesperson (via online chat) was incredibly helpful! I was then emailed with the results of my inquiry so to have everything in writing. Great price, fast shipment and wonderful product. Highly recommended.

Would 100% use this company again. Nuastyle were the ONLY company that could help us get the Petra Side Tables in time for our event, it was a rushed order but they did everything they could to get it to us on time. Very helpful and Noel answered all of our questions almost instantly!

Took delivery of our two sofas a couple of weeks ago now. Super service from Jessica, all our queries answered comprehensively, colour and fabric samples sent out promptly and advice on delivery etc all clear and helpful. Felt it was a bit of a risk buying a sofa online without a 'sit-on-it' test, but a lovely comfy contemporary sofa, unlike anything we could find in 'conventional' stores. Great choice of colours and legs too. Delivery very good, very polite customer services lady helped with finding a convenient delivery time slot (even altered it from the standard as I couldn't be in for the first hour of the slot), then a 30 minute away call from the driver. Driver very professional, made sure it was the right colour and all the legs were on before he left. A thoroughly professional service from start to finish, and couldn't recommend NuaStyle any more thoroughly. Thanks Jessica and team! :-D

Bought a room divider from Nuastyle. Not heard of them before, but their price was good and lots of good reviews online so no hesitation in ordering. The item took about 8 weeks from ordering to delivery, but this was clear from the start, so no surprises. Delivery was on schedule, an the delivery men also kindly brought all the boxes up to the second floor, which they were not supposed to so that was an added bonus. Wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

Jessica has been very patient and helpful! Always responding quickly to queries and happily offering advice and suggestions.
Customer service is very important, when buying from this company you feel that they have the customers best interests at heart. I would recommend!

I bought a sofa from nuastyle, I'd never heard of them but came across their website when on the hunt. I think their selection of sofas are stylish and very affordable. They were quick at responding whether it was samples, emails or online chat and really helpful (I spoke to Jess on both chat and email). The sofas turned up on time and the delivery guys were friendly and accommodating. The final positive is the sofas look great and are very comfy. I was about to spend £1k on one sofa from made.com but am so glad I opted for nuastyle, they are definitely top of my list to go to next time I need a sofa and I look at them for other home furnishings now.

We are currently furnishing a new showhouse and found numerous products from Nuastyle to suit the contemporary/retro style we are trying to achieve internally. Not only that but we found all communications with them to be first class, nothing was too much trouble and we were kept completely up to date with regards to product availability and deliveries.

Have now bought 2 couches, 2 office chairs, 2 bar stools, six dining chairs. All excellent quality and prices. Am very pleased with highest level of detailed service ( fabric samples, CAD mock ups in colours I was considering). These people know how to run a virtual business. Better and more detailed help than on a shop floor!!!

I found this company on a Google search for a mid century teal sofa and was so glad I did. I bought the most stunning sofa, which was amazing quality and excellent value. Customer services were wonderful and very accommodating to help with an expedited delivery. I shall be using them again.

Jessica went out of her way to help me file my order when I encountered technical difficulties. She then ensured I was able to track package delivery to the London hotel where I was staying. Most important, the package arrived at my hotel on the estimated delivery date. From beginning to end, the level of customer service I received was top notch.

We wanted to buy a particular bed, but were concerned about how long delivery might be (another site which also advertised the same bed had quoted us 8 weeks, which was too long). Although an answer couldn’t immediately be found from the supplier/warehouse, we were regularly updated by Jessica at Nuastyle and ultimately a much shorter delivery time was found for us.
