Sara mcglynn was the lady on the other end of the phone I couldn't understand the form online she took me through it step by step and made it easy to understand and didn't take to long total professional and an Asset to her company

Sara was excellent in customer service

Sara was excellent in customer service, numbermill are a good agency, but the way umbrella works is very unfair for the workmen you have to pay NI for yourself and employer, you end up taking home about 65% of your gross wage and no way to get a rebate for your overpaid NI

Professional and efficient service

Had a problem with online form so called and Kayla dealt with my issues in a very professional and prompt manner.
