Number One Car & Van Hire Opiniões

I have hired a few cars and more recently a van from this company. The whole process was very professional and hassle free. I would definitely use again.

Clean, tidy, new car. Good service

Staff were very nice and helpful. However, we were given the spare key and not the fob - so we got to our storage unit and couldn't open the doors. They did rectify immediately we notified them and drove to give us the proper key. The van itself was in poor condition. It had loads of dents and scratches - which of course didn't matter so much as we were moving stuff. But the inside of the drivers area had not been cleaned and was really dirty. The windscreen was really dirty and there wasn't a drop of screenwash either.

Simple and straightforward transaction. No mileage charge. Good van. Highly recommended.

The service from Number One Car & Van Hire was decent overall. The cars and vans were in good condition and reasonably priced. Booking was straightforward, though having to make payments over the phone was a bit inconvenient for someone living outside the UK. While the staff were friendly and helpful, the process could be improved for more convenience. A mixed experience, but I might consider using them again. ***

Number One van hire is the only hire company we have ever used. They have great customer service and are always very helpful and friendly. Never any problems. Great local company

The services provided were excellent. Almost everything could be arranged by email, except for the payment which had to be made over the phone. As I do not live in England, this was an inconvenience. The car was the model I requested and was in excellent condition. I would highly recommend renting a car from this company.

Very helpful, easy to deal with, reasonable pricing, able to accommodate at short notice, would use again.

Great price great service will be using again thank-you

No hassle hire. Everything just perfect. Very friendly and great service. Will definitely use them next time I need a van.

Nice car shame about the rude lady in the office. Michelle.

Great team by the station.. easy to hire and return. Would use again.

Great local hire company have a good range of vans available and it’s quick snd easy to hire them.

The staff are just so friendly and helpful. The van clean and reliable, amazing value compared to other companies. I would have no hesitation recommending them.

The booking process was very simple and easy. When collecting the car, completing the paperwork was quick and efficient. The car I chose (mazda 6 estate) was nice and clean and I found no fault with it.

Used this company for the third time (most recent previous to this was March when my girlfriend hired a van and I drove it). Once again a decent van to use and decent price. Was explained everything in detail and no issues at all.

Great service as usual, have used many times, never any issues, lovely staff, special mention to Moses who prepares the vehicles

Great service. Sent in an online request and received an immediate call to confirm availability. Clean, tidy Vans provided at a very reasonable price for daily hire' Have used them many times over the years and always reliable, efficient and friendly.

I have been using Hackbridge Number One Car & Van Hire for almost 20 years and there is a very good reason for that. You receive a very personable service that you simply do not experience at one of the larger more well known company's. Geoff and his friendly team always make you feel welcome, and they always do everything they can to accommodate you and make you feel valued, and not just another customer.
