This is an honest, unsolicited review, based on my year long experience with NPro. As much as I have to agree with the 1 star reviews that the customer support service is not the best, I give them credit for the sofisticated software available which makes every calculation beyond easy and it helps everything make so much sense! The amount of information given is second to none (even on the website there is a lot, FOR FREE!). Even the lowest tier paid membership gives the option to get 3 free reports a month - BUT why ,as a numerologist or someone really interested in numerology would want a free report? ...this is my opinion -personally I looked at the learning aspect and understanding how numbers play out in the real world. There was times when I emailed with questions and I had no reply but, weeks later, I got a reply to all my concerns in one go, all separate emails. My understanding is that Johannes is very busy working on diff aspects of the program. I can tell he is real and full of knowledge and an amazing human being as well. I took a free masterclass with with him ( on top of some paid progeams) and he offered a lot of information. He doesnt push sales or anything. As I said, cust service is not the strongest asset and I hope will be improved. Either than that, my experience is a very positive one. I hope that helps :)

As per other comments, emails to customer support have been ignored. Paid the $55 but I can’t even log in as keep getting an error message. I’ve asked them for assistance but no response. They’ve given me no option but to request a refund through my bank! How anyone can run a successful business with zero customer support, is unbelievable.

i JUST wanted to thank you for your wisdom in this science. I'm blown away at the accuracy of the report is detailing me as a human and spirit soul. It is uncanny how you can know me sooooooooooooo well. I certainly want to study this science with you when my Heart feels the time is right. The more I read my report the more I want to know this science in and out.

Similar to another comment on Numerologist Pro, the company’s pre-sale material is very misleading. They state that a pdf report can be created. Turns out, that you can’t. I am new to Numerology and became intrigued by the Chaldean system. Every email that I have sent has gone ignored.

Truly awful customer service and a misleading product. Save your money!!!!!!!!!! You WILL waste $55 on what can only be compared to fresh air.

In comparison, Numerology Toolbox which uses the basic 3 diamond charts as opposed to 5 (as advertised by Numerologist Pro) give you a full report which can be shared with clients at $32 which is much less than Numerologist Pro AND I received a response from them within 2 hours when I requested support on the software. (Please note: I am NOT affiliated with Numerology Toolbox)

The emails and sales copy is way overhyped, and contain many inaccurate facts about the software.
there's absolutely zero customer support, I've been waiting 3 weeks for someone to return my messages.

There's no option to export reports and the whole thing is very confusing. There is however detailed data about celebrities for some reason! LOL

Save your money and try the competing products, they're much more user and customer friendly
