Absolutely awful! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! The product sizing is completely out. Via email they agreed. They then stopped communicating with me. Then offered a £9.99 refund which I refused as the item as £49.99. I refused and didn’t hear anything from them for weeks! until Today they sent a £9.99 refund I am stuck with the item!

Absolutely rubbish. Items are such rubbish even the company did not want them back!
Item pure quality not worth the money, took a month to arrive and would not let me return. After countless emails a partial refund was offered on January 12th - I’ve heard nothing since! Stay away from this company - it’s market stall quality and they try drag out the return so that you are past the return timescale. Save your money

Low quality company supplying low quality goods.
Waited a month for the jacket to arrive, various excuses were given about the tracker not updating, etc. When it finally arrived it is the wrong colour, looks nothing like the pictures on the website, quality is awful. I ordered a medium size (I'm approx. 5'10" and 11 stone), the jacket is baggy on me but the sleeve cuffs are so small the press studs will not fasten around my wrists. Avoid this supplier.

Avoid like the plague!
Ordered a tracksuit as a Christmas gift. It took 1 month to arrive and missed Christmas. The Tracksuit had no labels, which it needs to have to sell in the UK. So not idea what it is made of or how to wash it. It is also not well made.
I immediately emailed a complaint and asked for a refund. They did get back to me & offered me 20% refund. However the tracksuit is useless to me, so I refused. They later offered 30% refund, then finally 50% refund. I accepted as felt I was getting know where, but I have never had the refund. They no longer reply to my emails and this was 4 weeks ago.
Whatever you do, do NOT purchase from this 'company'.
They are based from a small house in Holland. I think they are probably a drop shipper. Good website (that makes you think they are great), but rubbish products & appauling 'customer service'.

SCAMMERS.If I could give it 0 stars i would. It’s been a MONTH still nothing and they claim to say it takes a week. I’ve contacted them multiple times to cancel order and get a refund but they just don’t say anything. Absolutely horrible. No response from them.

Absolutely shocking service
Absolutely shocking service, ordered two polo neck shorts and when they arrived they were too short. I asked to return them and was told I couldn’t as it was not on their policy. They offered me a 12% reduction but have now stopped replying to my email. The feedback which I should have read first gives a true impression of this company. I’m now left with two tops that do not fit. Please be aware to avoid this company at all costs.

Wish I’d read reviews before I ordered
Wish I’d read reviews before I ordered. Item didn’t arrive and I couldn’t find any order confirmation. So I doubted whether it had gone through and ordered again. One tracksuit showed up three weeks after first ordered then 4 weeks after that another one turned up. I emailed to arrange a return and they don’t reply! Avoid. Item that arrived is ok but not worth what we paid and nothing special. Worst is the lack of customer service/ support/ delivery times . Scam company avoid!

SCAMMERS. AVOID. The website states that they do free returns so it seems safe to buy from them, but this is far from true. The jacket ordered from them at the beginning of December was extremely poor quality, so a return was requested. At first they said a refund or exchange was no problem, but they didn't authorise the return. After chasing them up several times they then said they don't have an address for returns as the warehouse is in China (although the website makes them look like a Dutch company). After lots of back & forth they offered various discounts in increments up to 50%, trying to avoid my request to return the item for a full refund as per their stated policy. After refusing to be out of pocket by accepting a partial refund & continually pressing them to adhere to their advertised returns policy, they have ceased contact. A complaint & charge back request is now going through my bank. Reading other reviews it would seem that my experience is far from unique
UPDATE:
Following their reply to my original review I emailed them again as they asked &, unsurprisingly, they yet again ignored my email so I still haven't received a refund
