This company basically stole my deposit if £170, i made a genuine mistake by depositing with my phone bill and not being the main mobile phone account holder. Although I had full permission and explained that I wasn't aware of the rule they confiscated my money. At no time when you deposit via this method are there any pop ups that advise you of this and no checks prior to avoid customers losing money. There were other options less severe that they could have implemented but opted to take the harshest action which obviously benefitted them emmensley!!
