Paid for express courier service to Australia at $130+ NZD which is advised 1-3 working days to Brisbane, Australia. Courier driver collects parcel and is has been sitting at Mt. Roskill processing depot for the 1-3 working days. No contact from NZ Post, no updates and now my parcel has missed its deadline to be in Brisbane!!! Useless, scam service! Now being told for someone to look into this further 1-2 working days.

Asked for parcel to be left at front door as the mail box is down the road and once again the lazy driver left it in the box, with the door half open as it didnt fit in properly so anyone going past could see there was a parcel there. Whats worse is trying to complain directly, they dont make it easy.
Poor deliverys
Needs to hire people who know how to read/are literate. Couriers frequently leave parcels on top or next to the sign that says NOT TO PUT PARCELS THERE Instead of the appropriate delivery area where the sign directs them too.
Unbelievably horrible
Horrible service. They lost one of my packages, and when they do deliver, they handle items very roughly. The delivery drivers seem lazy, my package was left at the mailbox instead of being brought to my door, which led to it being stolen. That package was worth $200.
This is extremely irresponsible. You really need to do better, because at this point your service is an embarrassment.
Nz post has always been awful at…
Nz post has always been awful at customer service, but it just got worse, now the customer has to pay for the phone call to complain about another missing parcel, they have removed the 0800 number. So they lose our parcel and we have to pay again for the pleasure of being on hold after you go through a multiple question selection options

Left a package that required a signature, and just signed "ATL" as the signature when I was asleep, didn't knock or anything. Woke up to package stolen. Cheers NZPOST! No refund, no accountability, nothing.
Absolutely USELESS
Absolutely USELESS. Do not use their courier service. Lose vital parcels without taking responsibility
Maybe we should get China to send and receive our mail.
I am waiting for a parcel to be delivered. The tracking label says 3 working days. It has been twice that. When I called to track my item, I was told it is actually going to take 7 working days. When I queried why it did not say that on the ticket (or the website), her response was "oh yeah, we have told management about that for ages, but they don't listen and we in the call centre get it in the neck".

Paying more than ever to send and receive mail, and the delivery times get stretched further and further apart. Yet I can get a parcel from China in 3 days.
Where is it
Pathetic paid alot for overnight courier but NZ Post lied and it didn't arrive overnight according to tracking its still in the north island. I hope NZ Post read thos coz they will be refunding the overnight courier charge.after Aramex NZ Post are the most unreliable courier service in NZ

A truly awful experience
A truly awful experience. Enquiring to get a quote for collection and delivery of a parcel. 20 minutes on the phone to an (overseas) phone operator. Terribly slow process and then the final result was unsuccessful.
A shame that the service is not New Zealand based and creates major communication issues.
A real shame.
Impressively Incompetent
Ah yes, the premium “mystery delivery” service — where you wait over a week for a domestic item and enjoy the added thrill of tracking that apparently exists only in theory.
And of course, after battling your way through to customer service, you’re rewarded with someone who can’t help because the tracking details have vanished into thin air. What an impressively seamless experience.

New Zealand post is so lazy they couldn't even bother to try deliver to my work after 1 look of the building.
NZ post terrible handling
Completely damaged parcel. Looks like someone stood on them. They had fragile tape and double boxed. Now won't take responsibility for them as it is 'glass' and they said it's not covered. Whatever was in this now squashed box would have been broken from their poor handling.
useless delivery no helpdesk
Our parcels are constantly delivered to the wrong address and the helpdesk does not seem to care. There is no response to online forms. Telephone helpdesk was answered by a sarcastic git who seemed to think the only problem was lost parcels. They eventually agreed to pass the issue on to "the team" who would contact me. Never happened of course. Trustpilot should have negative ratings.
