Excellent Customer support
I would like to give positive feedback to PK, an O2 customer service team member in Trinity Leeds for his excellent support.
P. K is friendly, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He assisted my daughter in getting her new SIM working while keeping the same phone number, and he also helped to have the number unbarred as the old one was stolen. P. K went above and beyond to assist with technical issues on my daughter's new iPhone and successfully got the phone working again.We really appreciated how happy he was to answer all of our questions and explain everything clearly. The whole experience was reassuring and professional, and we are very grateful for the time and effort PK took to help my daughter.

The rudeness and lies from the staff to myself, my 13 year old daughter and my mum was disappointing and disgusting behaviour.
My sim was waiting a replacement sim due to it being faulty. This took almost 3 weeks to resolve. When contacting trinity leeds 02 to see if my replacement sim had arrived the guy on the phone said yes, make your way here and bring I.D
On arrival a lady who spoke to us in the most rude manner said your sim isn’t here and your contract has been cancelled. It took 1 hour to get to this store and the guy who I had originally spoke with was laughing in my face and making horrible gestures towards us. Neither of the staff were helpful and didn’t want to help get my phone back up and running. They all laughed at us once leaving the store upset and annoyed that we are paying for a service that no longer works. They have lost 3 loyal customers of 30+ years. The staff at this location should be ashamed of how they treat their customers. How do they even get custom when they are not willing to help. I even came to this store 5 months ago to upgrade my phone but they couldn’t even do that so i went to Apple store and purchased a brand new iPhone 17 pro max. Absolutely disgusting behaviour. I WILL NOT RETURN.

I was trying to change my number from payg for more than a week now tried speaking to o2 on the phone but they were no help. So as a last resort i came to the store in leeds trinity, pk was really professional and sorted my problem in 15 minutes. He was reassuring and humble throughout the process.
