I measure mostly everything on price Quality and delivery. Oak solutions was the best price but nearly lost out due to additional delivery costs due to PA postcode. This needs revised. We are less than 20 miles from Glasgow Airport. Mostly motorway. Easy delivery. Quality was superb. Wife loves the unit. Well done 👏 for a family business.

Great quality nice looking cabinets delivery excellent

Stumbled upon Oak Solution by accident - and so glad that I did! Ordered a beautiful chest of drawers and was so impressed, I then ordered a dining table set and side table! There was an issue with one of the chairs - it had got damaged in transit. But that was no issue, they replaced the damaged chair quickly and without any fuss. They are friendly and professional and they will be my first port of call should I need any more furniture!

The chest of drawers and 2 bedside tables are definitely NOT oak as described but made from some sub standard type of wood varnished in oak colour. When I emailed the company when they asked if I was satisfied and told them no and the reason why, they asked for 'video evidence' instead of taking my word for it when then they know their workmanship was terrible. There was no way by the weight of them they could be oak either, very lightweight and flimsy. Not a happy customer.

From start to finish communication about the delivery was very professional keeping me informed along the way. The furniture was delivered on time and in good order. Delivery men were friendly and put the boxes where we requested. The furniture itself is absolutely perfect in colour, style and the cushions are plush and very thick and everything was well packed. The only item that needed putting together was the table which took approx 15 mins. One very, very happy customer.

Really good service

Very happy with my oak bed which was was delivered on time with no hassle. Unfortunately there were some parts missing which I needed to assembled the item . After talking to the lady in the office it was promptly dealt with and delivered at no extra cost the next working day. So I'd gladly give a 10 out of 10 rating

Good Quality oak desk will look here first if I want any more oak furniture.
