The account creation process was so easy and most importantly the customer support was very helpful. I prefer trading with Oanda for its user friendly interface and best customer support.

Nie polecam. W kilka chwil utraciłem ponad 15 tys z wpłaconych 100 tyś złotych. Dźwignia ustawiona oczywiście na maksymalny poziom. Gdybym nie ustawił less stop z całą pewnością broker pochłonąłby moje całe 100 tyś złotych. Po rejestracji wydzwaniają po kilka razy namawiając na wpłaty - jak jacyś pośrednicy o których się słyszy klikanych linkach z Facebooka. Nie ma żadnego zabezpieczenia oprócz less stop, nie ma żadnych ostrzeżeń - kompletnie nic. Przydzielają jakiegoś opiekuna - nie wiadomo po co taka osoba? Po to aby namawiać na kolejne wpłaty. Są lepsi brokerzy, z kartą płatniczą do konta, bez żadnych telefonów itd. Polecam innego 212 - tam super sprawa! Polacy jak to Polacy - tylko aby oszukać

I've tried different brokers on Polish market but Oanda TMS is my favorite one - extremly fast orders execution, fast deposits and withdrawals (especially with mBank account), quick support and MT5 platform with large variety of products.

worst service, worst customer service, worst broker, worst platform a person can choose. Their customer service are almost never helpful, they will always keep transferring you between each other and nobody will actually give you a solution. They keep telling you to leave your contact number to be contact but that never happens. Their customer communication through WhatsApp as well is the worst, agents won't even reply to you. Small procedures will take forever to be clarified. Worst experience i ever had in all my trading career

Service très lent, j’ai fait mon inscription, il y a trois jours. Toujours en attente de validation des documents, j’ai envoyé un mail pas de réponse, j’ai appelé aucune personne parle français et mon erreur est que j’ai déjà fait un dépôt pensant que cette plate-forme était sérieuse

Compte fermé à ma demande avant même qu'il soit complètement ouvert. Aucune réponse aux mails après une semaine d'attente.
c'est un peu fort.
je préfère ne pas déposer d'argent là bas avec aussi peu de réactivité de leur part.
Pourtant j'ai tout complété, ils ont tous les documents nécessaires.
ils n'ont toujours pas validé ma carte d'identité et comme je ne veux pas faire de virement tant que tout n'est pas en ordre, on ne vous répond pas...

Impossible de retirer l'argent déposé sur le compte de trading, un mois et toujours aucune trace de mon retrait, ni sur mon compte en banque ni sur mon compte de trading, mon argent a disparu !!!!!

I created a corporate account with Oanda. To open a corporate account, you have to contact Oanda representatives directly. The application process was a bit unclear at first, but after getting in touch with Oanda, everything went smoothly.

I would also like to specifically mention that Nikita has been very helpful, both during and after the account registration process.

I opened a live acount 2 weeks ago, and the process was smooth, and the support was actualy pretty nice. As I expected it to work so far.

Worst broker that I ever experienced, I mean my money till this day from May wasnt refunded and they just keep scaming other people. Be careful out there.

I created an account last week and i am very satisfied with the onboarding process. Their customer service is very easy to contact compare to other US brokers i had before. I am located in Denmark. The Oanda app is also very easy to use and charting tool is just like Trading view. I highly recommend oanda for beginners.

Worst broker ever!
I opened an account a week ago on Oanda EU. I finished the wuese, I uploaded the documents and the app told me that the account is ready and that I can deposit. So, I deposited some money, but I couldn't use the service. The next day I received an email stating that my documents shouldn't be cropped, so I downloaded them again. The next I received another email stating that I should see the whole document on the pictures and pdf shouldn't be screenshot or cropped,even though the pdf documents were original. I uploaded them again. Since then, no emails, no answers and when I tried to login from the app, it says account disabled.
Unbelievable!!
So I opened the account, they say that my account is created and ready to deposit, I deposit but they disable the account and don't refund the money.
Unbelievable!
They're simply, the worst ever forex broker.

Terrible experience with OANDA client service. I can’t access my verified account, and support keeps claiming my email “isn’t linked to any account” — even though they send weekly emails to this exact address. I contacted their official OTMS support and got zero response. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable for a financial company. I would not trust them with my money again.

The platform and mobile application are of a very high level, intuitive and suitable for use by traders of different levels. I like that it offers integration with TradingView. Also I received a very professional attitude during my registration and professional support by the team. Highly recommend
