Je mets 2 étoiles pour la version OANDA TMS Brokers S.A. et 5 étoiles pour la version OANDA Europe Limited et. Je ne comprends pas, on n'a pas partout la même version de la plateforme de trading, c'est bien dommage. La possibilité de trader les nano-lots est très intéressante…

very professional and very kind also! even if new to trading they help you find your way.
payments are fluid and short in time, the same day for funding your account after being registered and proof passes etc. and to three days for withdrawing funds.
they are reliable and available.

Excellent and effective customer support !
Very quick and efficient, it is greatly appreciated to have support via phone and email.
Moreover, their trading platform works well and the link with Trading View is very easy to do.

Je ne sais que dire, j'ai eu l'occasion de lâcher l'affaire avant meme que mon compte soit crée...
Le service client qui répond uniquement à l'aide de mail automatique, ne répondant aucunement au problématique exposée. J'attend la création de mon compte depuis bientôt 3 semaines alors que tout les documents on été soumis. Il va falloir croiser les doigts pour obtenir le refund, puisque bien évidemment OANDA exige le premier dépôt d'argent lors du processus meme de création du compte...

Excellent Customer Support
Despite entering all the correct settings, I was unable to log in to my new trading account. Much to my satisfaction, Oanda customer support spent the time to patiently identify and correct the issue. In addition, the MT4 charts which were slow and often froze using my previous Forex broker now function smoothly without interruption with Oanda. I highly recommend them.

The costumer service has a really good…
The costumer service has a really good response time and they solved all my problems and they are kind. They made also a call in fisrt working day when I had trouble with activating account. Since I just open the account I can not say more.
