Fantastic company to deal with. XP750 stopped working on morning of 26 September. Placed order for pads and reset key just before 1pm. Order arrived mid morning 27 September and printer was working less than 24 hours from placing order. Instructions were clear and concise. I didn't use the gloves. Highly recommended

Excellent service, Martin couldn't have been more helpful sorting out my problem regarding end of service warning on my Epson XP950

My Epson printer showed warning of ink pads coming to end of their service life.
Excellent help and advice given promptly from Martin at Octoinkjet which is by far the best company I have ever had dealings with.
Epson did offer an alternative fix but this now would have meant paying to send my printer to their nominated repairer with no guarantee that they would effect a repair and could have possibly meant my printer ending up in recycle.

ordered replacement ink pads and reset key due to an error message on my old XP series printer (otherwise had been working for many years without issue). The products were dispatched promptly and fit easily. The instruction information and video links were easy to follow. Back up and running well within 20mins. The product saved an otherwise perfectly good printer from landfill, and for under £20. Happily use Octoinkjet ltd again.

I contactacted the company via email after watching one on their videos on You Tube. Unfortunately, the video didn't exactly cover the problem, (ink leaking from the ink tanks). Martin at Octoinkjet got back to me almost immediately with great advice on how to resolve the problem. Absolutely fantastic service! If I ever need any printer parts I will look no further than Octoinkjet!

Sent the wrong pad, then sent the right ones, then the key wouldn't work to reset the printer; contacted him to be told I had already used it.. nope, I hadn't, he'd made a mistake again... eventually gave me the correct key. Became a pain in the a*se for what should've been a simple transaction.

Found them via youtube. Excellent product and clear instructions to reset your waste ink counter. Cost was just over £20 to save you buying a new printer and not sending your old one, which was working perfectly well,(except for error message which makes your blood boil) to landfill. Fixed in half an hour. If you can handle a screwdriver you can handle saving your printer! So, if you get a error message saying "contact support", before doing that, go to youtube and search for Octoinkjet to see how to fix it yourself.

I received the dreaded "end of service life" message for my Epson printer and noted that this was due to the waste ink pads being full.
I searched online for a solution and found the Octoinkjet/Printer Potty youtube video. Without a doubt, this is the best presented and clearest instructional video I have ever seen anywhere and it convinced me that I would have little difficulty in installing replacement ink pads and resetting the software. This proved to be the case once I had bought the kit from Octoinkjet. I followed the instructions and my printer was soon restored to full working order.
I strongly recommend this company.

Useless Epson printer at service life end just because of waste ink pad count.
Replacement ink pad easily installed. Octoinkjet reset software installed faultlessly and reset key applied. Fully functional printer once again!
