Do not use this site. It started off fine I made deposits and withdrawals and i recieved them in an almost timely manner.

I made a withdrawal on 24th June of £3000 and they have sent it to the Bank Of Scotland (dont bank with them) - they are ignoring my emails and not responding and its been weeks! I still dont have my withdrawal and im now going to take matters further as they wont give me my withdrawal. Surely they can give me my money and then reclaim the money they sent else where.

Communication is poor and so is their care and concern for their players.

Im going to the UKGC and Ombudsman now because they clearly dont want to accept their faults as well as trying to rectify them.

They also were sending my withdrawals to another card i had on my account rather then the card i was depositing with. I know they have a policy to spread payments between to cards on the account to balance the amount deposited ect but that had been balanced a long time ago and then decided to continue sending withdrawals to the wrong card. This time round they didnt even send it to me because i dont bank with the bank of Scotland and never have.

I don’t understand all the bad reviews. I deposited £20 and withdrew £1000 and it was in my account in less than 12 hours. The only reason im giving less than 5 stars is because the casino section of the games don’t work very well and the games are pretty limited. Otherwise great little casino with great games and brill RTP.

Terrible company. Opened an account and deposited £10. Played some slots and the next day the account was blocked with no explanation. Several months now have passed by and still attempting to get the £10 refund. Company refusing to give me an Ibas reference number

Do not by any mean sign up with this, registered and after 10 mins my account was 'locked' with my money inside, no one answers emails live chat anything, I will probably call Police

Avoid at all costs. They what is without doubt the sneakiest sign up offer I've ever come across. Bet £10 and get 50 wager free, free spins. If you use the identical slots on the games rather than the casino tab, you don't get the spins. The customer support has an unhelpful, 'computer says no' attitude. Unimpressed.
Update - it appears that I did the offer through the correct tab anyway i.e. Casino. It's being investigated apparently.

The most unprofessional customer service I have ever seen. Slow responses and rude attitude from the live chat team. Also, my issue was not solved.

Withdrawals were also down and they did not have any idea when they would be back up.

They closed the support chat after less than 2 minutes of inactivity after they themselves took more than 2 minutes to reply.

I signed up and did their first bet offer of bet £10 and get £20 in free bets but they stated I needed to verify my number via SMS however I never received it despite asking for it over four times from their live chat services and was told I would be contacted by their promotions team via email which they never did so yes I would recommend avoiding this bookie at all cost!

Won £33 on a football bet and withdrew those winnings. Was told the winnings could take upto 7 days to reach my bank account. Contacted chat 2 days later to be told my winnings still had not been processed and would be processed at around 8pm...exactly 48hrs after I initially withdrew my winnings. Seems oddsking like to withhold processing players winnings so they can reap the interest from players money. I use a number of online bookmakers and winnings are usually processed and sent to my bank account within hours, sometimes in my bank within an hour or 2 but sometimes available the following day....thats what decent bookmakers do, if a bookmaker deliberately take 48hrs to process winnings then they are at best dubious and at worse a scam.

Crap service and dont honour freebets. There are tons of bookies to have fun with who are legit

Complete shambles of a site, Live Chat unmanned, Email unmanned, been waiting for KYC verification for days now most other sites will do it in minutes, don't waste your time with this site.

The site is terrible, crashing and lagging, can't even log in properly. On the other side, withdrawals are fast, at least something good.

Joined, deposited £10, played £10, did not receive free spins, the site then stopped working, the only way I can log in is to say Ive lost user name and click the link in the email and that gets me in. I cant play any games etc etc. SCAMERS

After much messing around I managed to receive my free spins ( won £2.50!! ) but the siter is still a nightmare to log into, when you do manage to most of the games crash. I take back my first comment about them being scammers, they are just cowboys. The only plus point is withdrawal time. less than 24 hours ( and a £5 minimum unlike most overs who are £10 )

I joined oddsking this week placed £10 got no free ganes or bonuses i had about £17 in my account it came up saying error and logged me out i tried and tried to long back in to no avail. I then trued many times with forgotten password it kept saying it had sent me an email to reset no emails arrived i then tried live chat held in a queue for ages no answer it then cost me £2.50 to call them only to be told due to covid no operators available only live chat that dont exist. steer clear 13 march 2021
