Told that my email went into junk and it had been sent. When I said I’d be retuning it….SILENCE

Great product great price I have had mine several years and it's bomb proof and designed for my car perfectly

Ordered from here going back years now. Many orders in that time frame. I ordered a wireless mag charger 3-4 months ago and it’s broken and falling apart already.

I’ve sent many emails and contacted Luke (owner) on social media and I’m unable to get a response. Unfortunately, after some digging through reviews, it seems like this is a common thing.

I’ll happily remove this review if you (Luke) sort the issue, however it’s now been many days without response, all the while you’re active over social media (both Facebook and Instagram).

I look forward to a response.

Best kit on the market for the TT! I’ve had 2 kits off these now and have been spot on every time, well worth the money. Was dispatched within a few business days and arrived a day or two after dispatch (website specifies 1-5 business days). Couldn’t recommend these enough.

Avoid this business - incredibly slow postage and when the item arrived it did not work as described/advertised. Emailed the business daily requesting a refund - they replied once with a bunch of excuses and then stopped replying. Luckily I got my money back via Amex.

I purchased an item on 31/12/23, I then received an empty packet with no item inside on the 15th January. Attempted to make contact the company through every means possible with zero response. I have now lost my money and won’t ever be using this company again.

I bought a magnetic mount for £48 including delivery but it was so poor that my £686 phone would end up on the floor at the slightest bump while driving. Just wish that the mount would work as it looks great. The aluminium backing plate is very well made and has a nice finish. Update. Luke has answered my last email and made a refund for the unsent mount so have upgraded my stars awarded. Also found that the OEM-Mount products are available on eBay and the experience is first class where Luke responds to messages very quickly

Bad quality products and very bad support. I have to pay shipping costs (2 x 15€) twice and they ignored my email requests. Never again!

I was a little hesitant to make the order due to the amount of bad reviews and people saying they did not get their items etc.

However, I ordered on the 14th of June, and it was all received on the 3rd of July (to Australia).

The items were as described and worked well and was installed flush on my A45.

A very pleasant experience and the items were quality as described from the website!

Cradle mount for Audi TT delivered within 2 days of order. Cradle looks exactly as described on their website.

I fitted it in five mins, admittedly that was more with the help of a review for a rival product where there were some helpful YouTube clips. Maybe some brief instructions included with the delivery would have been helpful.

I was slightly reluctant to place the order, given the negative ratings on here. But decided to proceed as was cheaper and more convenient than the rival product (i.e. not needing to pay in dollars and wait for international delivery).

Overall I’m very happy. Only time will tell if the cradle proves to be strong enough for the job. Another review mentioned that the spring mechanism feels flimsy, mine seems fine, but maybe after months of repeated use that won’t be the case, fingers crossed!

Communication is poor & shipping speed is slow - didn't get my shipping e-mail until 8 days after order, and also got no responses to e-mail or facebook messages.

The item arrived quickly once shipped however and is the correct item and works nicely.

BUYERS BEWARE…

Communications are dismal. Sent wrong item, and won’t respond to email or Facebook messages. They have no phone number, and had I seen the other comments on here I wouldn’t have bought.

Now having to open a dispute with the bank to recover losses.

Poor way to run a business.

Please be careful before buying from this company. I placed an order in the middle of May’22 and received my order confirmation email but after that nothing and even after emailing them still nothing,they don’t answer my sent emails so have started a claim to try and recover my money through PayPal. I wish I’d read the reviews here before making my purchase.

Ordered a mount for my Audi A1 a week ago. Heard absolutely nothing since. Think I’ve been ripped off. Annoyed to say the least

Received item but no instructions received with it and the spring piece is not very substantial at all (I would not anticipate this lasting long at all with repeated open and closing)

I would also suggest that "cradle" is not what this is, as there is no bottom piece. Overall, disappointing. Am attempting to return for refund.
