I have ordered many times before and has been FAB. But both my last two orders are showing as COMPLETE, but are missing items from both orders. So as it stands very disappointed as of late. They need to check that all orders are actually picked and sent as the labels stated 1 of 1. So because of this, I then checked my emails to find they had set it all to COMPLETE and also checked with YODEL too.

Poor quality, arrived faulty
Not sewn together properly, zips not evenly attached making one end longer
Could not fit cushions in the covers
Thin and you could tell they would not wash

Return process is horrendous. Still waiting for a refund on one item which was returned out of a large order and have had to chase a number of times and provide the same details again and again. They need to seriously review the return and admin process. Items I bought were fine just one did not fit. Would not shop here again due to difficult returning if needed.

Ordered the single Teddy quilt, pillowcases and fitted sheet for my grandson. The sheet did not arrive and the quilt whilst it had buttons there were no actual corresponding button holes!
£20 Inc of P & P...save your money and go to Dunhelm, same price and far better quality

Order not received, and no contact from customer service. I have been receiving promotional emails from OHS daily since placing my order, but have not received any reply to my three follow-up emails. The confirmation email took a while to arrive and looked questionable. I'm beginning to believe this company might be a scam, and the 5-star reviews may be fake to encourage purchases.

Brought curtains and 2 rugs on 24 th September
Started a return following week to send back rugs and paid postage again for the return. Still waiting for refund just asked me to show proof of return 2 months later after I am contacting them about my refund many times and no relpy
Will never use this company again.
Badly run and no care for customers buying from them or even paying back a refund

Ordered a snuggle chair with a cream boucle cover from this company two weeks ago. It arrived the next day minus the cover. I have messaged them and nobody has bothered to reply. There is no contact number so you can speak to someone and get things sorted. I would never order anything from this company again

Placed an order with OHS. The items that were dispatched didn’t resemble the blankets that turned up. I’ve been charged £3.50 for delivery and £3.50 for the returns.. won’t be using them again.. save your money and shop elsewhere….

Hello I have been waiting for an order for over a week despite paying for next day delivery. I have emailed OHS 3 times and messaged them on Instagram but had no reply. Yodel have told me they cannot find my parcel and to contact OHS. I’m not sure what else can do about getting a refund. I’m very frustrated as it’s a £60 order!

Very disappointed with item that isn't fully working and as I ordered online for a reason as I work and Iam very busy I was told to print a label to return to receive a refund in 3 weeks Iam sorry but I don't have a printer and I certainly don't have time to run to the shop to post it back and having to wait 3 weeks for a refund is a disgrace the item is not working as it should and customer service is absolutely rubbish

Henrik was very easy to deal with. I called him in the afternoon and he came the next day to install my induction stove. Nice guy

If I could give a Zero Rating I would!!! Don’t touch with a barge pole, ordered 2 egg chairs £ 110 each one was fab n looked great me had issues as in a fd cushion n marks n missing paint areas!!! So finally found contact details n messaged too days for a reply n only replied after I’d commented on one of their fb adverts , someone called Megan who is apparently a supervisor said we can send a replacement if you take it apart and re package! I’m disabled so told her this would be near impossible and could they not just send new cushion n seat part! I was constantly waiting for replies and having to comment on their fb advert posts!!! Anyway they sent. Cushion when I opened it was waaaay to big wrong colour and totally different material!!! So again. Messaged this Megan, who finally replied “ after speaking with supplier cushion will be slightly different colour and material but is it causing you any distress!! Like omg seriously!!! So she then messaged saying they would issue me a refund and to let them know this was ok… She then Blocked me on messanger on the fb group ect and also on their email… disgusting treatment and un professional behaviour I’ve now sent all correspondence to Martin Lewis for advice I’m disgusted at the way they have treated me I’m disabled and this isn’t how you treat a customer!!! Stay Away from the company!!!

Well let's hope normal service resumes all of our items are of a very good quality but last few items arriving very late but over all I'll keep using ohs because there a very well priced company on this one occasion the service was bad

Firstly meassurements were miss leading. Then delivery driver delivered to wrong address and customer service were unhelpful as driver refused to collect and re deliver. As I have a small baby and a single parent it was not easy to carry items. Then when I wanted to return because wrong size they said I'd have to pay to return. Once I decided to keep opened and both items broken. Absolutely the worst service I've ever used.

Ordered curtains value £17 they sent a quilt cover value. £8 ,I have no curtains up at window pjs customer service disgraceful taking too long so I’ve had to order another set of curtains because ohs taking too long to resolve not happy attall

I have been waiting for my parcel since 13/02/2024 Each time it’s been sent back Because they say the address is not right I have been onto my account and checked my account and my address is correct I have even emailed them my address You can’t speak to anyone All you get is a automated email Not good service
