5 star service. The courier returned my parcel and oil's and Herbs had no issue with sending me out a new batch with another courier service instead. Also polite customer service and all their products are 100% excellent quality. The oils arrived swiftly. They were well packaged. I really liked the fact they had pipette droppers rather than the usual plastic dispenser lids which can be difficult to get your oils from. Beautiful packaging that feels luxurious. I was really impressed and will buy again.

Quality assured, neatly packed, received in time, competitive, polite back-up, nice colour label.
I can not testify quality yet until consumed. I hope it will be what is promised.

I placed 2 orders, but the 2nd one, which I placed it on 11th of Dec 2023, I didn't get it untl tday, 15th of January 2024.

They have the worst international delivery I have ever experienced !

Besides, the Customer Supp Rep, after I placed the 2nd order, he got back to me to telling me that the UPS Rep asked me to review my delivery address, as I filled Las Palmas de Gran Canaria as being in Spain ... which actually is a Sanish territry, even though is an island.

My product wasn't as expected, I ordered shilajit resin 60gram and I got 20 grm small pot of liquid shilajit not what I ordered.
Will never ordered again

I have emailed over twice as I have not received my parcel and I have had no response. I would warn people of this and will be putting a warning on review I am not happy with this
