I won $1,000 at bingo and OLG kept the money and said I was a FRO match? I asked what was FRO? This is the family responsibility office. They said I owed child support? I have a 35 year old daughter with 2 grand children and I said this is not possible. I have called Fro and I am not a match. I am waiting for OLG to process so I can collect my money and they said it takes 6-8 weeks. What a joke. I won on Jan 9th and I am still waiting for my money. I think I should take this to Consumer Alert with Pat Foran.

I can not log in on the OLG web page. Even if somehow I manage to get in, when I go to purchase a Lotto649 or Lottomax ticket, the website crashes and shows an Error 404 message. Then, the website won't let me log back in to complete my purchase.. When I wrote a complaint on the website, after writing and trying to submit it, I got the same Error message, and was logged out, and not allowed to log back in. The website is buggy and needs some revamping badly, but this problem has been going on for months and no one seems to be on the ball. How much money is OLG losing, not processing sales? With all the same reviews, with much the same problems, you would think that the employees of OLG would try to fix this, but apparently not.

I can prove both visually and mathematically to anyone who wishes to understand and see, that olg AND the AGCO are intentionally scamming the Ontario people. Olg has employees to assist a players questions or inquiries BUT.. the employees are not at all knowledgeable in the designs, legitimacy, fairness, algorithms, and so on regarding the games in question. Especially the online slots. They will assure you with confidence that every spin no matter which slot, is completely random. The truth is that it is 100% not true. That is a lie. And the employees who tell you this have absolutely no experience or knowledge to assure you this. They will tell you that the ACGO (who are responsible for testing a games design to make sure that it will be fair to the player), uphold a game's legitimate fair play through testing, before it reaches the player as a play option. They only say that because they have no idea.. and how could they?.. they are not allowed to have an olg account, as they are employees. They are scamming users by non random & consistent intentional placement of high value potential wins. They are strategically placed in game to convince a player that the possibility of a fair win to loss ratio exists. But this is also a lie. Sure the player will get wins here and there but for the most part the player will lose. I've gathered and recorded countless examples of this to back up my claims of this, leaving no evidence to support olg's claims, which are that no game is deliberately cheating the player. I've been collecting and cataloging my findings by video, detailed logs, etc with multiple angles insuring that there is no proof that every spin is random and not a scam.
I would like to share my extensive detailed proof of this with anyone who would be willing to expose those who take advantage of others. Lookout for coverage of this very soon by a well known media outlet.

Cheeky customer service. I sent written complaint by email and received a notice of mail delivery failure. So they simply ignore complaints and throw them back at customers.

I'm not at all surprised they average 1-star. They are all lazy government employees and nothing will change. Worst site in Ontario for sports gambling. All the other online gambling sites in Ontario licensed by (guess who) the OLG using OLG rules have instant withdrawal. I've never had OLG.ca release any withdrawal in less than 24 hours, and most of the time it's up to 72 hours before they send it to my bank. That's an outright joke! Why do you ask? OLG says they need to follow the law. Really? If that were the law... how do all the other gambling websites that are required by law to follow the same laws set by the OLG allowed instant downloads? Just another joke of an excuse by an incompetent government run business.

Online play is terrible in the past 6 months, continuously being logged out of a game or being prompted that because of lack of play you are being logged out while playing.
Every opportunity when a bonus arrived you would be kicked out of the game. The occasional enjoyment has turned into complete frustration. I guess as everyone warned that Olga is no different than any other dishonest gambling site.
On the positive end of things this has helped me to find another less expensive enjoyment..

You scammed me

Their online slots are highly questionable. One game set me up with a x5 the next time I got the "lightning payout", then suddenly the payouts stopped. I even opted for the guaranteed lightning experience, but then no values to claim showed up. The game feels like it's designed to take your money.

I do not think trustpilot reviews effect OLG at all. I know their RTP sucks. One of the worst I have ever played in. As long as they get money from us and supposedly help the community it is ok with them. Ever think we as loser are the ones helping the communities not OLG. But they get the credit.

Happened 2x so far; I have like $60 or so in my account so only bet 1.50 - $2. On some of the games, namely Gold Blitz King Millions, there is a MAX button attached to the button to play. If you click to fast or look away for a second you will hit the MAX button and then you have no money left to play! This seems really crooked to me like a trap to empty your account faster. MOVE THE BUTTON PLEASE

From my experience, please avoid using the online casino through this app. OLG is very rigged and feels like a scam you barely ever win. The winning rate is much lower compared to other online casinos. I highly recommend not using OLG unless you want to lose all your money. This is just a scam. There are many other online casinos out there with much higher winning rates than these scammers.

They took my money by interact...but refused to return it. They made me jump thru hoops to get my money back. OLG and its employees are theives...they steal your time. The rep I spoke to tried to justify why I had to jump thru hoopps to get my money back...and when I asked why they took it so easy, he offered no excuse---just tpo bad for me.
