I ordered the Marisa Elegant Floral Dress 8 (S) long. The dress I received was nothing like what was pictured on the website. I wear a size Small/6. I ordered size 8 as I would have preferred the dress too loose vs. too small. The sleeves were tight, not flowing, and much shorter than picture. The ribcage area was so tight I could hardly zip it up and definitely could not breath. It length was too short.
Customer service sucked wind. They put up every roadblock to make the return process so difficult that I just gave up on returning it and gave the dress away.
They wanted pictures of the bag the dress came in, the postage mailing information, and pictures of the dress - all to be done in a short timeline.
You have to pay a ridiculous amount of money for the return.
Avoid this website like a plague.

FORGET A REFUND, AS YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING TO RECEIVE WHAT (?) THEY OFFER AS A SOLUTION. STUCK WITH A CHARGE TO PAY FOR NOTHING!

A zero star doesn’t even cover how I feel about the ability to return a product back to this company. This is not an American company and they do not honor returns to their supposed address in Georgia. They do not provide a return shipping label even at your own cost. The only address provided to me for my return was in China. Return cost amounted to more than the product I was returning. This company misrepresents itself and the quality of its clothing. I’m sorry I ordered from here and I will give that advice to anyone who is reading this review

Do not buy from them. Support@jamesolivia. The cardigans I received were ribbed t-shirts instead of woven Cotten as shown in their catalogue. They will not allow returns and should be prosecuted.

The company is simply forwarding Chinese fast fashion items of the sort you can expect from Shein. The product pjhotos are deceptively manipulated, and photos of their staff and location are AI-generated. The items are extremely poor quality, and it is almost impossible to get them to refund your purchase.

$72 blouse was of poor fabric, considering the price. Photo was not accurate, showing roll-up sleeves but not the unprinted backside of the fabric; was WAY too long. Then, it has taken 7 emails so far to get a return processed; if it doesn't arrive within a very short time window (to China!), no refund is issued. And, guess what? The shipping cost is more than the value of the blouse!
