I ordered two jackets from this company. They have sent neither but only refunded me for one and are now ignoring emails from me after months. Avoid at all costs.

I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

I ordered a dress that looked beautiful on the website, but what arrived was completely different — poor quality and nothing like the photos advertised. It was clearly not as described.

The website clearly states “free delivery and returns within 30 days” and a “no quibble money-back guarantee.” However, when I contacted them, they repeatedly refused to honour this. Instead, they tried to offer partial refunds, store credit, or replacements — anything to avoid giving a full refund.

They also expect customers to pay for return shipping, despite their own policy stating returns are free, which is extremely misleading.

I’ve had to quote my legal rights and will now be pursuing this through my payment provider.

Very disappointing experience and not a company I would trust or use again.

Awful scam company DO NO BUY. They said you can return after 30 days then when you try they say no it’s in China so we’ll offer you a discount on your next order. Then when they said they’ll do a partial refund they never responded to my emails, I had to go through my bank. It’s based in China not Netherlands, absolute scam do not buy

Scammers! Do a chargeback or Section 75 through your bank.
Horrendous experience. The items in the photos on their website are NOT the items you will receive. They send cheap replicas direct from China even though they claim to be based in the Netherlands. On receiving complete tat, I tried to arrange a refund but they kept trying to get me to accept partial refunds. I refused and eventually they said to return to it to China at my own expense and I would also have to pay customs. No chance! Under consumer laws, if an item is not as described, the seller is required to cover return costs. Olivia Rosa refused and so I did a chargeback through my bank with photos of what I should have received and what I did receive and won within a day. Avoid like the plague!

Wish I could put minus stars, coat was absolutely awful, nothing like the photos, appalling customer service, must return to china and pay costs and customs fees at unknown cost or have a 50% refund which I now have to accept as I don’t know how much the fees will be to clear customs. Do not buy from this so called business.

Parcel took a month to arrive coat is like felt very poor quality stay well clear of them don't waste your money like I did size way to small can't be bothered to send item back as it will cost a fortune . they say they are based in the Netherlands but actually they are from china

My parcel took longer to arrive than 8-12 days. When there was a problem with the delivery Olivia Rosa did not take any responsibility and were rude and dismissive in response to my e mails. They did not answer any of my questions and stated things I had already told them. I will not order anything from this company again and will not recommend them.

At the time of purchasing a black Puffer Jacket this Company states they were based in Netherlands, although they are not a registered company there.
The jacket arrived and was about 5 sizes too big. When I came to contacting them for a refund I was offered various % refunds which were declined until they got to a 50% discount or return the item to China! I was then backed into a corner as I would probably have been without a coat and refund had I tried to return it, so I had to settle for 50% refund. Yes, I got to keep the coat (which was thinner than any of my jumpers) but it didn't fit and I'm too embarrassed by it to sell on. (who knows how long or how much the return would have been)
I would not recommend and would not buy from them again. I usually check the reviews, must have been a busy day for me.

Cheap inferior hoodie received after 17 days, not a Cardigan as described.
Emailed them I`m not happy and want a refund and told their warehouse is in China and the product would have to be sent back there and offered a 35% refund instead.
Contacted my bank today to dispute this payment.

Item was supposed to arrive with 12 working days, it actually took 17 working days. The item was not worth the wait. It was a coat but the material was so thin it would not keep anyone warm. Ordered a medium but more like a small. Will not be ordering from here again.

Warning: Misleading return policy – The "China Return Trap"

I am writing this to warn other UK shoppers about Olivia Rosa (GE Zorgt). I purchased a jumpsuit that arrived significantly "not as described", the belt buckle and sleeves looked nothing like the photos online.
​Despite their website listing a business address in the Netherlands and offering a "30-day return policy", they refuse to provide a local or European return address. Instead, they are demanding I ship the item back to China at my own expense and pay all international customs fees.
​They initially tried to "negotiate" by offering a 35% refund, then 50%, to avoid a full return. This is a clear attempt to make the return process so expensive and difficult that customers give up. Their website makes NO mention of returns going to China or the customer being liable for international customs.
​I have reported this company to UK Citizens Advice and the Dutch ACM for unfair commercial practices and have initiated a chargeback with Metro Bank. Avoid this site, what you see is not what you get, and they do not honor UK Consumer Rights.
