PS5 controller was returned in good time after a repair they even cleaned it and left a hand written note with haribo. Great service.

I had a fantastic experience with the repair team at Ologic, particularly Scott and Gary. From start to finish, the process was seamless and completely stress-free.
I was able to send my Bose headphones in easily from the comfort of my home, and they were returned promptly in perfect working condition. The communication and service throughout were excellent, and it’s clear they take pride in their work. (The little positive affirmation on the sticky label is a nice touch also).
I would not hesitate to recommend their service to anyone, truly first-class service.

I would 100% deal with this company again if my laptop goes down for repair again

Booked a repair for a cracked screen on laptop through D&G insurance, Ologic contacted me straight away with collection details and fixed it promptly. Not only did they fix the screen they noticed a bulid-up of dust inside the device and cleaned it.
Would definately recommend Ologic.

Very fast and efficient service. Lovely staff when you speak to them (had to ring as I made a mistake when picking collection day). They keep you informed throughout and even sent a little treat along with the ipad repair. Couldn't recommend highly enough. Thank you.

I cannot fault this company at all. When it comes to customer service they went above and beyond to fix my daughters laptop. The lady on the phone I spoke with was very polite and helpful, I didn't feel like just another number. The service felt personal. The engineers Gary and Kevin done a amazing job.
The laptop came back looking brand new. There was nice personal touches like the strawberry haribo packet which my daughter demolished.
Also there was a nice note saying they had also cleaned the dust from the keyboard. All in all I cannot fault them and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Excellent service! The communication was clear and consistent. They were quick with both collecting and repairing my computer, and they kept me updated throughout the whole process.
There was a small issue with the courier not showing up on the scheduled day, but when we contacted Ologic, they were very polite and apologized, even though it wasn’t really their fault.
Overall, very professional and friendly service. Also thank you for the sweats! 😊

As soon as D&G logged my repair, I received a call the next day from Ologic - they arranged home pick-up the following day. Kept me informed of every stage from pick-up to receiving my equipment in the workshop, to repair and checks etc. Within a couple of days my equipment was returned with a personalised note and a little packet of sweets from the technicians.
I call that impeccable service.

I recently used Domestic & General for my PS5 repair and Ologic were the repair centre that it was sent to, The process via the iOS app and online tracking was seamless and transparent. My console was fixed and returned within three days, which exceeded my expectations from the get go.
What truly stood out to me was the personal touch. A message of hope on the box, a small pack of sweets and a 'Enjoy Happy Gaming' note on the repair form. It was so nice to see and I really needed it. It’s these small, thoughtful details that make Ologic feel human rather than just another corporation. Highly recommended!

Decided to go direct we have a autistic son and I can’t count how many times OLOGIC have repaired his tablet every time the repair is done quickly and efficiently couldn’t recommend them enough thanks again OLOGIC no doubt you will be seeing his tablet soon lol

I recently wrote a 5 star review because this company were fast and efficient with my repair. HOWEVER, I sent this off at the end of February, they had reseated the CPU and RAM given it a clean and a service. 4 days it worked for, and came up with boot manager, had to send this back off to them. They sent it back today stating the hard drive needed replacing, fabulous all done and my son with adhd/odd was over the moon to have it back after not having it for 2 weeks (except the 4 days)
Waited until he was home from school, recorded him turning it on and STILK not working. All signs point to a failed GPU (graphics card) I call ologic myself, they said its could try to check the graphics card myself, which i didn't as that may void my insurance. I understand that this could have been damaged in shipping, but I have had 4 days off work in 2 weeks, I can not afford another 2 days off for collection/delivery. This item is insured through D&G and I have escalated a complaint in hope they will just replace this item, however Ologic themselves keep stating they can fix this. Clearly not. I mean a ram, cpu, hard drive and not a failed graphics card? Seriously, it's causing end amounts of stress and pressure on me, constantly sending and receiving a broken PC!
I cant do anything myself, nor pay anyone as it will void my insurance, but can you guarantee this will be fixed, sent and handled delicately if sent back to you? If not, admit it cant be fixed so I can sort this with D&G.

The person always on the other end of the phone Mark, always listened to me- did not make me feel as though heard the query before. it was all about my concerns.
I felt every contact was personal, the packaging, the securing of my equipment on collection was excellent.
Nice touch on the packaging of my delivery - made my day.

A lot of my products are insured with D&G insurance as I am disabled/housebound so the pick up of repairs from my home and delivered back is a godsend. On this occasion my X box one x console stopped working including the streaming and the Blu-Ray player which I explained when sending it in for repair the first time however when it was returned only the streaming had been fixed not the Blu-Ray player so it had to go back in again so that was a little disappointing but I am happy to report the second time around my console appears fully fixed and the only reason I deducted a star, however the service from this company was quick and great at keeping me up to date via text and emails regards pick up/drop off by DHL plus details of repairs in the return boxes. Also speaking to customer service directly was a pleasure and they resolved any issues quickly so overall I am very satisfied with their service and a first time fix would have definitely been 5 stars. Also wanted to thank them for the message on my return box (which I have kept in case of any future repairs) and the little packet of sweets which went to a good cause-) These little touches are rare these days but appreciated. I would use their service again even if it was not via my insurance plans.

The item got picked up, delivered to the repair company the next day, good communication from the repair company, and it only took 4 days for the whole process, from pick up, to delivering it back to me, and extremely happy with the repair, and i got a new controller which was very unexpected. Very Pleased.
