If you want a scratched to heck phone that’s sold as “Good Condition,” this is your place. Unacceptable and a waste of freaking time.

I ordered an Iphone and it was not in excellent condition as promised. Stay away because their customer service is crap and the refurbished IIPhones are crap. I took my IPhone to Apple and they said that the refurbishers at OM Wireless don't know how to refurbish.

If there was a zero star that is how I would rate om-wireless on eBay. They sold me an iPhone that has never worked, we have been shipping this iPhone back and forth 3 or 4 times, still does not work. I even had my Mac support person look at it to see what is wrong and he could tell just from checking some functions that it is . I paid $322 and eBay won't allow feedback after a certain time, so I am writing here. Perhaps all of us with all these negative experiences should go together and file a complaint and notify eBay?

BEWARE! OM-WIRELESS SOLD me A "NEW" unlocked S23+. Then AT&T locked the cellphone upon an update and said it was NOT paid for. I'm out $800.

I purchase a 'NEW, Sealed in original packaging' Samsung Galaxt S21. After 5 months it stopped working and I brought it to my local repair shop as i needed it urgently. To my horror the repair technical showed me many parts had been replaced previously. The item was not new as advertised but refurbished. To make matters worse OM-Wiress is refusing to make it right. BUYER BEWARE. FRAUD

The seller indicated that there was a lock by AT&T on the phone. We check to have the lock removed and they indicated we had to wait 60 days. We waited but when they tried to unlock the phone, they indicated it could not be unlocked because there was a balance owed on that phone. We reached out to the seller and they indicated that there was no way they would have sold the phone that way. I sent them documentation proving that that is what AT&T said and they refused to help further. Now we have a phone that we cannot use with another provider.

BEWARE of OM-WIRELESS or OM ELECTRONICS the store sells cell phones on Ebay. Most their phones: Iphones and Samsung, listed as brand new phones but in reality they are second hand used phones, some even are defective phones. Ebay customers from Ebay community forum call OM-WIRELESS owners the career con men. I order a brand new Samsung note 20 Ultra phone from this store but the phone I receive is not a brand new phone, it's a garbage phone, the phone 108MP camera is defective. A phone technician let me know the camera on my phone is not original, it was swapped or switched. When I try to return this phone, seller says 30 day return window is already passed, they don't accept the return. I had a long argument with them on the 12 month warranty that they promised me when I order this phone. At the end they say they will charge me 20% for restocking fee. That's what they did to you when you want to return a phone to them. Their 12 month warranty is a lie. I try to get help from Ebay but no way eBay can let me get to them. OM-WIRELESS also goes by the other names OM ELECTRONICS and O&M-ELECTRONICS Before you order any brand new phones on OM-WIRELESS, check and read all the complaints posted on BBB, Trustpilot and other social media regarding the brand new phones sold on these stores OM ELECTRONICS or O&M-ELECTRONICS. Buyers accused these stores run a deceptive business. The phones they sold are not brand new, they are pre-owned , refurbished, defectives and according the some buyers the phones are fake. The reason OM-WIRELESS lasts so long on Ebay because the collaboration of Ebay and Paypal. So BEWARE.

They did not send the same model number as I purchased in the eBay listing.. the model they sent cannot be updated.. I didn't notice and now they won't do anything about it. (Except send me down some tech rabbit hole that I'm sure they know is a waste of time)

Everyone knows Om Electronic is a great inverter dealer but the staff working here are very competent and kind, what I like the most is the kind words spoken by your sales department, giving me proper explanations, that's why I came forward to buy this inverter, and then delivered this inverter on time. Mr. Ashok who did the installation is behaving as befits the costomer why I say that after finishing my work it was seven o'clock in the night when I returned home he waited and installed the inverter in my house and went away very kind and non angry and I love it..

Not a very good experience needs improvement on customer service just because you give your pc you have to be courteous with the customer at all times.

The "NEW" phone I bought from them is being returned for service again and I've only had it 4 months. There isn't anything new about this phone. Run, buy your phone from Apple refurbished, google it, they have their own store and they will still fix it at the apple store.

kind, patient and very knowledgeable.

I bought a NEW Iphone 12 from them on Ebay on June 1,2023. On August 13th, it quit working. I contacted them as they listed it with a 1 year guarantee from them. The response I got was my warranty was only 60 days. After many back and forth emails and to make a Long story short, I contacted Apple for help. Apple shows the phone was activated May 11, 2021. Over 2 years ago! So much for a NEW phone. They don't stand behind their sales and don't care if you are a happy customer. RUN AWAY! DON'T BUY FROM THEM!

OM Electronics pretends to sell "Brand New" devices when under review these units are "Seller Refurbished". Units that came manufactured waterproof aren't nor their battery, software and screen is genuine. The company sells them as new and open box but please don't trust this company.

DON'T TRUST THEM - HIT OR MISS / GARBAGE PHONES/ CRAPPY REPAIRS AND DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. Purchased refurbished iPhone 12 in Feb/2023. Woke up May 13,2023 (2 weeks before warranty is to expire) to a black screen, won't power on, makes alarm noise when you try. Under warranty so I agree to pay $150 for repair. Rear housing and LCD screen replaced. Get phone back - no bluetooth / no wifi available (grayed out). I get a BAD case of Covid and procrastinate taking it to the Apple store (I'm sick, and exhausted every day for a month). My bad. Now I go to Apple store and they tell me the rear housing needs replaced $445 - the same repair O&M just did for $150! O&M tells me it's my problem, the warranty is expired now. I NEED bluetooth for no-hands car usage and wifi for traveling. Have to throw the phone away. $546 spent and after 5 months I have a useless phone.

I'm sorry I trusted O&M Wireless claim to sell a MINT refurbished iPhone 12 Pro 256GB for $665. Within 6 weeks of Feb 25, 2023 purchase, the iPhone failed to charge, thus soon ran out of juice and became a brick.

A call to O&M resulted in an offer to replace the bricked iPhone for no charge. Simply return it via FedEx Ground using their shipping label.
The brick was shipped otherwise undamaged in original box with bubble-wrap package. A week later, O&M claimed back of iPhone was "shattered", thus they would not replace. For $150 more, they would replace case. I was unwilling to throw good money after bad in this transaction. I passed.

My 1-star review is a strong indication that I do not trust O&M Wireless to live up to their claims, nor will I recommend O&M products to anyone ever.
