Omar Park & Leisure Homes Opiniões

The aftercare is second to none from OMAR. I had Ryan today to complete my snagging list, Ryan had a thorough look around my lodge and found some jobs I hadn’t noticed myself. He was professional, knowledgeable, approachable and friendly. An asset to OMAR.
Thank you

We have had our Omar home for 6 months now and we couldn't be happier with the service we have received.

Whenever an issue has arisen, it has been handled quickly amd with great care and attention to detail.

Jamie and Ryan who came out to us today are exceptional. Polite, friendly and meticulous in ensuring the jobs we had asked to be done were completed to our satisfaction before they left. EXCELLENT

The Team that came to do the Refurb for us. French doors put in and bay window removed.
Worked well as a team both with good skills and professional. Worked above and beyond in this heat. Lovely job so so pleased.

After moving in to our lodge we had a snagging list of minor problems. Two engineers were sent, Jamie and Ryan and they spent two days getting everything sorted even a colour wash as the original painting was patchy. Nothing was to much hard work and they protected everything when painting, even our neighbours car had a cloth on it incase the wind sent paint splashes in that direction. Great job well done lads!!

We have just had French doors fitted by John and Alan.
They were marvellous from start to finish.
Excellent at their jobs and completed the work to a very high standard.
Totally impressed with their work. Thankyou guys A*

Another excellent view for OMAR Homes. Kamil and Chris came to our home last week to repair our showers. Both did an excellent job, very polite, explained what they were doing and what the problem was.
Both great engineers doing OMAR proud.
Thank you to you both.

Thank you for a great job, Gareth and Damo were very polite and tidy.
If they come to work for you, make sure you get the Chocolate Hobnobs and Chocolate Digestive in 😁

Many thanks Lads

Andy as per was amazing again today came to do a small job and ended up going the extra mile and sorted a few small jobs for me can’t recommend him enough, such a friendly guy

Kamil & Chris came first thing this morning to replace a faulty dishwasher.
Our request only went out on Saturday, impressed with the quick turnaround and the pleasant attitude of your guys. They even took time to explain how it worked. Once again, Omar has delivered. Thanks, Steve

Excellent service from Alan and John today. Arriving nice and early they fixed the lock on my patio doors that a previous workman had been unable to. Extremely important for a single woman sleeping at night. They also fixed my tap which was not on the agenda. At all times they were polite and courteous, taking their shoes off immediately upon arrival. Listening to what was required and apply. Alan and John are an asset to the Omar team. Thank you

Andy and Owen the engineers are very efficient, clean and proffessional, nothing is a problem, would recommend to anyone, a real asset to the company, plus Carla the receptiknist is always polite and helpfull, liasing with guys

Omar Refurbishment Services fantastic company.
Alan and John spent 2 days on refurbishing my Park Home, they were fantastic, happy, friendly, punctual and very professional in their work.
I am over the moon with the work they carried out to my home.

Gareth and Damo came last week to carry out some repairs to our exterior walls and replaced fascia’s and guttering and re painted the whole of the parkhome. The service from both of them was second to none and we couldn’t be happier with the standard of work and also the friendly professional manner they carried it out with . Amazing lads they are a credit to Omar .

We had Jamie and Ryan visit today to fix 2 blown windows, very efficient and clean in there work .both were very friendly and polite ,a credit

Alan and John recently repainted the external walls of my 1989 OMAR home, after first carrying out a few repairs.
They did a superb job and were very hard-working and conscientious.
I was particularly impressed by their consideration for my garden and for clearing up so thoroughly afterwards.
Very many thanks to both of them.

We bought our Omar home August 21st 2024. It is wonderful so well built. All appliances are of the highest spec. After sales are excellent. We had a really professional guy called Jamie who came yesterday and he represented Omar brilliantly.

Andy had a long 6hr drive to fix our final snag.....another great job thank you!
Our dog Rufus didnt want him to leave!

Today we had Jamie from Omar to attend to items on our snagging list. Could not have wished for a more helpful and professional worker. Really happy with the service provided. Credit to Omar. Thank you.
