Exceptional!
I recently purchased a Nyla office chair and while I have only had it for a week, I love it. As advertised, it is made of superior quality materials and is beautiful in its design. I will say that it does run a bit on the firm side which took a little to get used to, but is a necessity if you want the support that it provides, which my back truely appreciates! Given the price point, I was initially skeptical to purchase without seeing in person but in the end I have zero regrets and would highly recommend.

The quality of their leather chairs is exceptional, and they are extremely comfortable—I absolutely loved them. The customer service and overall professionalism were equally impressive. I chose to pay a bit more for an upgraded option, and they were very accommodating and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process.

Great chair exceeds expectations
Great chair exceeds expectations. It arrived with organized and protective packaging. Assembled easily with three bolts and five casters it was ready to use in five minutes. Pictures don't do justice to the look and feel of the leather. The Natia was a great choice and a great addition to the Den.

My experience having purchased an Omidi Nyla chair
I recently purchased an Omidi Nyla office chair based on the descriptions in their marketing campaigns. Unfortunately, I feel the wording was quite misleading. The brochure states that the chair “fits the curves of the human body,” offers “strong resilience,” provides a “top-notch sitting experience,” and includes “luxury” seat cushioning.
Based on this, I expected a very comfortable chair. However, the seat and backrest are extremely hard and has very little cushioning, making it uncomfortable to use. I have therefore requested to return the chair.
Monica from your customer service team responded on the first day and I promptly provided the information she requested. It has now been three days since then, and I have not received any further communication or next steps.

The thread for one the receptacles (for…
The thread for one the receptacles (for the M6X30mm bolt that attaches the armrest to the chair bottom) was messed up. So cannot tighten the bolt and the armrest to the chair. Furthermore, it took me more than 2 hours to put the chair together.
I would return the chair, but the time and effort to take it apart and then to package it up for return is too much.

Really like the chair
Once the order was processed, the shipping was fast. The chair has been great. With the equipment I have to wear on my belt each day, this chair is not fluffy to get easily damaged. It sits great.
