I called with a timesheet update query this morning and within minutes it was resolved.

It wasn't possible for myself to resolve, but Charleigh went above and beyond to ensure that the query could be resolved to my satisfaction.

Awesome customer service, my query was professionally handled, with a reassuring understanding of the problem, can do attitude, and efficiently resolved.

I am absolutely disgusted with this organisation, I wasn’t informed that from Churchill knight that I would be getting transferred to Omnia, if I knew I would of changed my umbrella company, called them twice today and was assured that they had received payment from my agency and my payslip would be sent to me by COP today and also funds would be cleared into my account, tried calling at 5pm and no answer and no payslip and guess what also no pay.
What the hell is this organisation doing why promise someone that they will be paid and not pay them, we have bills to pay, I am absolutely disgusted with this company. Please pay what is owed as you have been payed for it.
If this is not sorted then I will have to turn up to there offices as I work in reading and not taking this nonsense also have managed to get the companies Directors details and will take this to small claims court if I have to.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO UMBRELLA PAYMENTS ON PAYE...READ THE SMALL PRINT....THESE COWBOYS HAVE FLEECED £130 ON MY FIRST WEEK...I MOST CERTAINLY WASNT AWARE THAT I WOUD PAY 100£ IN EMPLOYERS NI....I WILL BE FILING A SMALL CLAIMS ACTION IF ITS NOT RECTIFIED PRONTO.

Almost 3 weeks have passed, but I still have not received my payment. I have followed up, but the issue remains unresolved. This has been frustrating and disappointing.

I have been dealing with Izzy regarding my contract of pay. After learning my agency were not providing me with professional manor. I contacted Izzy.
I must say that I have never been dealt with so fast, efficient and professional before regarding this situation I had. IZZY IS AN OUTSTANDING WORKER SND I AM COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH HER HELP AND OUTCOME!!!!

I'm guessing they bought out my previous Umbrella as I was given a weeks warning that I would be transferred to Omnia with no other info. Suddenly my payments became sporadic, more tax was charged and some weeks I received nothing at all. The worst part is, any attempt to contact them to find out whats going on, phone or email or online form... gets no response. These people are your 'employers' in charge of your money, yet make it impossible to be contacted. After 6 weeks with Omnia I had no choice but to find a new umbrella.
