I parked in a one parking solution car park in East Preston near Littlehampton and the machine was out of order and there was another man there who tried to call the telephone number but no answer. I tried to download the parking app without success and as I had a dental appointment I decided to go but wish I had moved the car. I now have a £100 fine which I think is extortion considering the fee was only about £1.50. I would not have risked a fine for that small amount but looking at the other reviews I would have been fined anyway because I was trying to sort it out for about 10 minutes. I will never park in one of your car parks again I did wonder why it was empty. Obviously people have got wise. How can these companies get away with what they do is amazing but these people always win. It’s not a fair world.

Received a Debt Collection Notice of £170 from ZZPS for a PCN which I never received in the first place from One Parking Solutions. ZZPS very dismissive. I will appeal. Absolute Scam.

Parking in a area where you cant cross to ground without a plane OR Helcopter as the club / gig was on the other side of a car park full of ctv so how could to get to your location event ,,,, with crossing the paking area what a joke ' but we shall see

My son borrowed my car and parked in our local car park in Elm Park Hornchurch, he paid his fee before leaving but apparently there is a "grace period" which means if you don't pay quickly enough they still take your payment and send you a PCN as well. He was parked for 14 minutes. Win win for #Scumbagparkingsolutions.

Following a long journey to Llangrannog Car Park, we were met with heavy rain and mist, prompting us to wait in our car. When the downpour eased, we realised it was a paid facility and immediately addressed the oversight and even paid more than the amount of time we stayed for.

We tried to communicate the genuine circumstances and requested a slight adjustment of the times and for our paid ticket to be accepted, but One Parking Solution issued an exorbitant fine and, even after our appeal, remained steadfast in their strict 10-minute grace period. This rigid approach, amplified by the disproportionate fine after having actually paid for the stay, signals a business model focused more on profit than on serving the community.

It's concerning to think that businesses like these operate with no consequences, never showing their face and surely affecting countless others. One Parking Solution, your practices have not only lost our trust but also raise concerns for the wider public.

I was recently fined for entering my registration number incorrectly. One Parking Solution admitted that I had paid in full but by entering my number incorrectly I had broken their terms and conditions. They did offer me a reduced fine if I paid by a certain date but the communicated this by email only and the email went into my SPAM folder. By the time I became aware of it it was too late and I was forced to pay the fine in full.

Disgraceful. Only pay and display machine out of order but I had already entered the car park and registered on cameras. No other way to pay do I took a video of the machine in case I gotta ticket. 1 month later a ticket comes and even after offering evidence of the out of order they still wouldn't accept it. The sort bit was I appealed to POPLAR who are supposed to be an independent body and still wouldnt.over turn it with video evidence of the out of order machine. I would have just refused to pay but it's a lease car so I would end up getting charged an admin fee from them for all the letters. So I've paid the fine and £100 out of pocket

Purchased a parking ticket no problem, then 3 weeks later I get a PCN and have to pay £80 as I no longer have the ticket that was displayed on my dashboard. Complete scammers, as can be seen from all of the other reviews about these crooks.

Charged £100 for turning round in a private road as unable to reverse out onto a busy main road. In the road for 2 minutes and 4 seconds only to pick up a blue badge holder. Their registered company address of 95 Arundel Road, Worthing, BN13 3EU is extremely difficult to find as their building is numbered as Nº2! The whole site on which 3 or more businesses operate, have the same address, 95 Arundel Road, Worthing, BN13 3EU. This is in dispute as the road concerned is not correctly signed and the carging signs are too small to read. This occurred after dark and none of the sign are lit.
If you visit in person as we did to deliver a document, you need to look for a pair of cream semi-detached house look-a-likes and these cretins operate from the one labelled Nº2. If you ring the door intercom you may get a bully-boy come out and try to intimidate you saying you're on private land but be that as it may, you still have in common law an 'Implied Right of Access' Pity there's not a zero star category.
Advice: 1) Read the PCN carefully! We were charged for parking which we never did. There is a legal definition of what a parked car is. 2) Download the relevant Codes of Practice from .gov.uk and also the ABP website. 3) If push comes to shove, these creatures use the small claims court. Even if you lose the cost for a settlement of up to £300 is £35 and unless you disregard court protocols, although you could be awarded their costs, it unlikely. Good Luck!

I've got to remember to be honest, helpful and constructive. Well here we go; I parked here for a hospital appointment only to find a letter in the post weeks later with a parking charge notice of £100. There was no visible signs to warn you.
This company should not be in existence they are out and out robbers. They should be investigated and closed down.
The only way to improve this company is to send them to prison.

Being issued fines for parking in our own parking space. They turn up at 6am to issue fines with no explanation. We have tried to contact them by phone and email with no joy or replies to our many emails! Worst company ever, they shouldn’t be allowed to trade!!

I parked in the car park outside Hummingbird Cafe in Shoreham Airport and bought a ticket on the app 15 mins after the grace period, since you could only use cash at the machine which I didn't have. I had 2 small children with me, 1 I was breastfeeding and it took us more than 15 mins just to get inside the Cafe where I then downloaded the app AND BOUGHT A TICEKT (very slowly as no signal at the Airport). They charged me £40 for being over the grace time which I appealed and they declined and they are now taking me to court. Absolute JOKE, disgusting to expect new mother's to pay out a fine for something so unjust.

Worst parking company I have ever dealt with. I was incorrectly given a parking ticket with my permit clearly in the centre of my dashboard. I was charged £100 under the grounds that my vehicle is not authorised to be parked in the car park. I obviously appealed the decision saying my car is authorised and here’s my permit, it had to be a mistake. My appeal was declined and I’ve had to pay the fine! Absolutely ludicrous!

This company is running a highway robbery scam. The app is slow to download and not user friendly. An hours parking at my chosen location is 50p and the app then ADDS 30p for their charges. i actually chose not to pay their fee but as i didn't have cash for the machine i was left with no option but to risk my stay being less than the 15 minutes before charges apply. Silly me - 16 minutes i was in that car park; the photographic evidence they send with the PCN shows this. So for 1 minutes parking i have the princely sum of £60 to pay provided i pay within 14 days - therefore removing my option to appeal as the timescale and process for appeal, which will fail, means i am liable for the full £100. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. Unfortunately this means the local traders lose out as their passing footfall dwindles.
One Parking Solution haven't responded to any other reviews so i don't expect them to here either - i've always worked on the theory "silence is consent"
