Gone downhill. Had to get in contact to get my order shipped. Despite paying the more expensive 24hr delivery... no response to the email, product just arrived four days later. Making the expensive option of postage redundant.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS: Only respond when publicly shamed – then they BLOCKED me!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. This is hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever had.
I ordered beard butter that was absolutely unusable. Instead of a "butter," it was a hard, waxy mess that smelled like industrial plastic. To make matters worse, the company didn't even bother sending a confirmation email—I had to hunt them down just to find out where my order was.
The "Corie" Cycle:
• Silence: They ignored every single email I sent to their support team.
• Public Shaming: The only way to get a response was to "vent" on Facebook. Suddenly, "Corie" appeared, claiming they "missed" my emails.
• The Refund Lie: They told me to pay for the return postage myself and promised to reimburse me. I sent the items back, provided the Royal Mail receipt, and waited.
• The Disappearing Act: Two weeks later, no refund. I had to go to social media again to get my product refund, but they refused to pay the postage they promised.
• The Final Insult: When I asked for the postage money again, they blocked me.
This is a small company that operates with zero integrity. They lie, they cheat, and they ignore customers once they have your money. If you have a problem with your order, expect to be ignored and eventually blocked.
Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. This place is a joke.

The composition of the beard butter and balm are spot on, moisturising the beard without leaving it greasy, but the butter on all but one of the scents I purchased smell like plasticine. My order was split into 2 parts, which I was made aware of after enquiring on the order status, not a problem, was told it would arrive Monday, again not a problem, except I still haven't received it. Since I queried the smell of the butter communication has ceased. Like I said, it's a shame because the products work really well, the butter just smells awful. There is now a video on the company's Facebook group mocking and having a dig.

Shocking customer service, placed order on January 4th, no dispatch email sent, chased up numerous times, only reply i had was it had left their warehouse and would be with me anyday, a week later no delivery, no tracking info supplied and no reply from them on any platform. Seems to be a similar experience around customer service for a number of people. Avoid at all costs

I ordered some of their pine variety and was a little disappointed and left a review. Corrie from customer service was quick to reply and offered me a free replacement which was much better! Very happy and will be ordering again in the future.

1st and last time I will use this company. Ordered and had no communication about my order. Still showing order placed and this was 5 days ago. Sent 2 emails and still no one seems to bother. Funny how on the reviews they have thanked people for leaving a good review but not bothered about people who are unhappy. Great way of caring about your customer.

Made an order and have received no information regarding dispatch whatsoever. Even emailed them with no avail. I have been spammed by their marketing but nothing regarding my order.

I've been a loyal customer for around 2 years and always happy until I placed an order 2 weeks ago and after a week and half I hadn't received the order. I received an email confirming despatch but after a week l was still waiting for my order so I emailed customer service stating this.
The One Society reply was Royal Mail attempted to deliver but no one was home for the delivery. So I informed them I received no email from Royal Mail for redelivery to which I received no reply. I then sent another email yesterday and received no reply.
Really poor customer service.

This is my new favourite mens grooming company! Hands down! Fantastic customer service, quick despatch which is carbon neutral and via Royal Mail most of the time in the UK. The products are absolutely wonderful and are helping me to step up my beard game as well, my new favourite scent has to be the black pepper and lavender as well. Try One Society, you will not be disappointed! I will be most certainly be coming back as well.

After an understandable mix up with my order, OneSociety dealt with it quickly, and sorted it out with no problem.

Will purchase here again.

This is my Third order i did have problem with my second order with delivery and with the one of the product but all was sort it out by costumer service .I am really happy with Onesociety product ,I recomend it for anyone trust me you wouldn’t find better product .Thank you
