Happy enough but saddle had a small tear on iy when i took it out of box. But i have been sent out a new saddle after making them aware.

I ordered items from the online store but have not received any updates on the delivery and had to send 2 emails to ask about the progress of my shipment but have not received any response. There is no communication from the company and I do not know when to expect to receive my order..

Ordered from them a month ago a product for 5-7 working days. They assured me it was on the way in several emails and their was no tracking information due to computer error. I received a reply of it should be with you by the end of the week. Almost a month later after writing a trust pilot review I receive an email saying I’ve been refunded due to a miscount in stock...

The money has not returned to my account.

Very quick delivery of a very high quality product. Only thing I would change is to receive a dispatch notification. Other than that the customer service is absolutely excellent

Goods arrived 6 days after purchase. I would have given 5 stars but when you order you don’t get a confirmation e mail or an expected delivery date. Which worried me that i’d ordered off of a scam. When i emailed, they e mailed back 2 days later to say delivery was between 5 and 10 days but again not confirmation. Product great though!

3 weeks waiting for a 5 to 10 day delivery and still hasn't been delivered

Brilliant service! Paid for a product listed turns out it was out of stock.. (Pull up bar and dip station) offered me a similar product which was more expensive but for the same price I paid for the other one. Delivered relatively quickly, brilliant product and easy to assemble!
