This way we could stand over the quality of workmanship that users of our service receive. In 2008 we improved things even more by introducing a transparent and fair ratings system to enable home owners to rate the overall service they get from individual tradesmen. This not only informs and protects property owners, but also enables the good tradesmen to differentiate themselves from the bad. It's a win-win. We believe our company provides a unique and valuable service to the property owners of Ireland. We hope you like it too!

Great Service to find the right tradesman for your job
I used OnLineTradesman to post a job to get a water tank replaced last week. I got 4 prompt replies from companies willing to do the job. The job is now done very professionally and at a good price too I would highly recommend this service

Downstairs toilet tiling job
Alex tiled a small downstairs toilet for me and did an excellent job. He is also a lovely man and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend.

Scammers
I signed up last year for €270.
I did not use their service once
They tried to take funds from my account this year and were unsuccessful the first time. I then told them I did not want to renew to which they replied they were sorry to hear this. The next day they took €490 without my permission.
Now they are not replying to my emails. I will be taking this matter to the small claims court. Very unprofessional of them. The lady on the phone would not listen to what I was telling her and I was told by her the company do not issue refunds.
To date €760 has been taking from me.

You’ve had full access to all member benefits and business support services since the day you joined. As per the terms of the agreement, job access would be made available once you submitted your carpentry qualifications or accreditations, which we have not yet received. Since you did not cancel in line with the cancellation policy, your renewal proceeded as agreed upon in the signed contract.

Tradesmen don’t waste your money….
As a tradesman absolute nightmare to deal with …..talk the talk but don’t walk the walk in terms of access to potential work…they are only after the monthly subscription even before your fully registered.they are that bad at one stage they were sending me other tradesmen looking for work on my daily access to potential clients...complete waste of money as a tradesman the portal of work doesn’t exist….spam emails for a fee is all I got from it…waste of time!

The website could use a little tweaking (for instance finding the response to your ad is not very intuitive on an iPad at least) but the service provided in terms of linking up with a trusted local tradesman was easy and fast.
