Because the survey is not updated
Because the survey is not updated. The surveys which had been completed did not get off my account. And the rewards are not comprehensive at all. I took a few surveys and halfway I was opt-out. Time wasted. Should at least allow us to receive 5 points for our effort. I have been with this survey platform for more than 10 years and I believe the points I had redeemed were lesser than 10 times.

I noticed that no reward points given…
I noticed that no reward points given to surveys for a period of time( more than a few months) Points for redemption had been raised and it's difficult to redeem within the items available. I have lost my trust in the company.

I have been a member for a number of years and have enjoyed the rewards too. HAPPY to contribute my ideas on surveys and looking forward to more surveys. I also hope to get different types of surveys as i get to learn more things while doing surveys.

I am pleased that I am given the…
I am pleased that I am given the opportunity to do some of the surveys. However, I do encounter few times where I did the survey half way and it went technical fault. I was not able to complete my survey which was like 70% completed. What a waste and it wasn't recorded also the effort and time I have input.
