I have always loved this company until...

I have always loved this company and lately they have been messing up my orders yesterday I got my order and I was supposed to get 14 samples and got 8 with no refund no email no message nothing where is the other 6 why did they keep my money this is very upsetting and I am tired of them messing up my training now I have to deal with this again .. the bad part is they have the best protein and I have looked into others there is one other one I seen that has a lot of good reviews about their flavors and the quality is supposed to be best ... I have to really think .. I do not have To of money to waist and give them without getting what I pay for that is crazy I am bit trying to loose money I need my protein I payed for or give me my money back ... I will do what I got to do and report them ..

Commande passée sur le site veepee par vendeur megadealnutrition pour une whey optimum nutrition à 70 euros. Cela fait 2 fois que ma commande passe au statut expédiée, et que sur le site du transporteur, avec le numéro de suivi il est mentionné "en préparation chez l expediteur" et rien n avance. Suite à plusieurs relance ils me disent qu ils procèdent à un nouvel envoi. Mou je pense qu ils initient un numéro d envoi mais aucun colis n est remis au transporteur. Je pense que je ne verrai jamais le produit, pratique tres douteuse. A éviter.

If I had 0 start I would give this company. I am a advocate for ON , always promoting it to my colleagues and people around for the quality of nutrition and products that they sell , been using it for years .But today 21st April is when everything went down hill. Order from the website with my home address and whilst paying for it using GPAY the website took up some random address from my gpay account and issued the order .Tried to call them to no avail , email sent no responses. This company has taken 2 hours of my time plus now my money is being held , which I will need to claim.back from my bank ..im sorry I dont vouch for them.any more. 0 customer care and service .

Totally reprehensible company

Totally reprehensible company! Despite emailing them more than 2 weeks ago about several fair websites impersonating theirs and scamming people (I lost over $80) they have done nothing to take down the fake websites despite assuring me it was a top priority. It took me less than 30 minutes to search for, contact the host and have the fake website that I lost money to taken down. My last email to Optimum Nutrition went over a week ago was left unanswered and my next step will be to contact the press to see if there interested to take up the story as clearly ON clearly don't consider it their Duty of Care to take action when their customers lose money to fake websites!

Voilà 9 jours que j ai commandé et je n ai toujours rien reçus, j ai envoyé plusieurs messages à une l adresse mail avec laquelle j avais reçus le message de ma commande, parce qu impossible de trouver une adresse de contact sur le site, et malgré les plusieurs messages que j ai envoyé pour savoir où se trouve ma commande je n ai toujours rien reçus.

I contacted Optimum Nutrition customer…

I contacted Optimum Nutrition customer care to correct my shipping address—a simple request that should have taken minutes. Instead, I was met with extremely rude behavior from the representative. They were dismissive, unhelpful, and repeatedly hung up on me while I was trying to explain the issue.

This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, especially for a well-known brand. Customers shouldn’t be treated with disrespect for asking for basic assistance. Very disappointing experience, and it has completely changed how I view this company.

Depuis que j'utilise la gold standard j'ai d'horrible aigreur à l'estomac, c'est indigeste.
Sur le pot, ils ont mis un autocollant pour remplacer le mot "eau glacé" par "lait", alors est ce que le pot que j'ai est de mauvaise qualité où est ce que toutes les gold standard se mélange avec du lait ???

Service is horrible, I’m trying return money through the bank

Unfortunately, I can't give zero stars! Horrible experience. I've never written bad comments, but I've never encountered such a disgusting attitude towards customers.
They took my money and didn't even respond.
2 weeks waiting for a package!!

I paid for the order, but nothing was delivered. The delivery person never showed up, and the order was sent back. After that, I was told that a new package had already been shipped, which was not true. I never received a tracking number.

Communication with the company was terrible and eventually stopped completely. In the end, I had to contact my bank to get a refund.

It was stressful, time-consuming, and frustrating. I'm shocked that such a company treats its customers so poorly.

Fake selling

Ordered on a deal from meta advert, paid up and expected it wothin 10 day period. Advertise it as UK high grade product but when I checked Shop UK app its keeps tracking from China! Still dont have my product tried to email them but no response. Terrible experience and a scam! Dont trust !!

This website is no longer trustworthy…

This website is no longer trustworthy after their November update. They don’t ship products anymore! I ordered six items 29 days ago and haven’t received anything. On the Shop app, my order keeps switching between “in transit” and “preparing for shipment.” I’ve tried contacting them multiple times, but they never respond.

Product paid but not delivered

Order ON261191

I ordered a few products this month of Nov 2025. One of the products was a box containing 12 protein bars. Instead they sent me only one single protein bar. I contacted them to complain and they arranged the new shipment. However, the new shipment contained again just one single bar instead of the box containing 12 bars. I contacted them again to inform about this error on 21st of November, they never replied. I contacted them again on the 26th of November, no reply so far again. Overall, not happy with the service at all.

Hit and Miss!

My first order with this company went well - quick delivery with FedEx. The second order never got shipped. I had to leave several messages and eventually the order was cancelled and refunded (due to a processing error!). I wouldn’t recommend ON. I’ve opted for a more reliable, local company.

Cut finger on tub, but you sorted it for me THANKYOU!

My husband has used this for years. But the latest tub of Banana Cream Whey he got, the seal was so sharp and hard to get off, he sliced his finger on it. I emailed you directly, but you didn't even bother to reply.
He will stop buying your products now.
!!!Thanks for your response today......but offering 15% off (of your website) if we choose to buy from you again which is 'whey' dearer than everywhere else is an insult to a cancer survivor who relies on high protein products to rebuild lost muscle after radiation and chemotherapy. It certainly feels like you don't care at all. HE WILL NOW BUY A DIFFERENT BRAND TO ELIMINATE RISK OF INJURY. He had spent £700 per year on your products!

24/9/25 Today you sent me some more powder and other freebies, true to your word. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BEING VERY GENEROUS. We WILL continue to buy your products because you 'do' care. Thank you also to Abel and Konstantinos who were so polite and helpful even when I believed they would never arrive....you both went ABOVE AND BEYOND.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEIR WEBSITE

Took my money, no evidence of my order either on my profile on their website, or emails. Customer service number doesnt work. Raised two tickets on their website, with no email confirmation or response. I'm going to have to try to get my money back from the credit card company. They are a ghost company DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
