This is a scam website. Booked a flightpass and can’t book any tickets!! They say there are technical difficulties with airlines that will take multiple weeks to solve! Even worse they refuse to give any refund. Stay away from this scam website.

Mr. Victor did great job, He was gently cooperative and achieved all the assistance for me short time...all my respect to him wishing him the best.
Yesterday 02 JUL 2022 I missed my flight because the check in counter of the Royal Jordanian closed before more than one hour before the flight schedule and all my effort failed to get check in although the UAE Abu Dhabi administration who tried to convince the RJ Operation in charge, unfortunately she refuse didn't respond. I am working in aviation since 33 years, the first time I see bad behaves like this, always there is special cases that should be treated accordingly but to close the check in and ignore the passengers? family? this is not acceptable at all...

I have been waiting since March 2021 for a refund of over £2000 for a BA FlightPass that was cancelled. Optiontown emailed me to state the refund had been made - this was untrue.

I am now about to complain about their conduct to the CMA in light of their letter to travel agents and delays in making refunds and I am now in a position where I have little choice but to start legal proceedings to recover the refund due to me that Optiontown has untruthfully stated has been made.

I would avoid this company at all costs.

The agent at Optiontown was extremely helpful in assisting me with the payment for preferred seating. I was having difficulty getting my credit card accepted on the site, and he went to a lot of effort to get it sorted out.

I am amazed by the smoothness of my transactions and how fast the customer service assists in concerns regarding rebooking, etc. Definitely recommend!

I'm dealing with "Optiontown.com" for several years, and I'm so satisfied with their offers, services and their support to their clients whenever they face any problems.
Today I had small issue with my flight passes and the wonderful Mr. Jack Small helped me and stayed online in every single steps and didn't close the chat until the issue was solved, meanwhile of doing the process, he was answering my inquiries in different concerned areas than my initial issue - I do appreciate the communication skills, patience and efficiency of optiontown employees.

Choosing option town was the best decision in terms of savings. The Option town has given best services as and when requested particularly within no time the request made , changes in rescheduling tickets, pass extensions etc. specially during COVID pandemic.
Same experience shared by other friends i have recommended.
Would like to go ahead with option town once again, and recommend others too.

I bought flight pass before COVID-19 breaks-up and could not use it as there was no flights operating at that time. When I contacted Optiontown, they had asked me the relevant information and after confirming they managed me to get the flight pass redeemed as per my requirement.
