I went to this dentist for the first time yesterday. I was very nervous before going as I had had some problems with a different dental practice.
The whole experience was superb. The dentist and her assistant could not have been more calming and explaining everything they were going to do. Thank you. The receptionist lady was superb and so knowledgeable in what was required.
Thank you again for your kindness. My next appointment is booked. I’m not looking g forward to it but I know I will be in good safe hands.

I had a really great experience with Orchard orthodontics. The reception team were always welcoming, friendly, and very helpful whenever I had questions or needed to book appointments.
Dr Sadiq was fantastic throughout my treatment very professional and reassuring. He took the time to explain everything and made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. I’m really happy with the results and would definitely recommend this practice.

I had a pretty significant open bite, and Orchard Orthodontics completely transformed my smile. From the start, I felt well cared for and fully informed about every step of my treatment. They always took the time to answer my questions and made sure I understood what was happening throughout the process. The level of patient care was excellent, and I never felt rushed. I absolutely love how my teeth look now and would highly recommend them to anyone considering orthodontic treatment.

Had treatment with Orchard Orthodontics and they helped me with underbite problems. Not only they fixed it their customers service was excellent especially the reception team. They always listen and helped whenever possible. Would recommend for anyone to have treatment with Orchard.

I had Invisalign treatment with Dr Sadiq and team for 5+ years. Over the course of treatment, the entire team were extremely friendly and patient with me. A huge mention to Yesim who went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to get their teeth straightened :)

I had a great experience with my braces! All the staff members were great and helpful! I cannot recommend them enough, specially if you feel scared to have braces. Reception is helpful when amending my appointments.

I go here for braces and everyone has been very helpful to me. They recommended that I should go for a check up with the dentist and he was very understanding of my fears and finally comfortable with going for check ups. I am excited for my results and would recommend for anyone looking to fix their teeth.

I had a wonderful experience at Orchard Orthodontics. I felt like everyone there listened to me and made sure my concerns were addressed. I’m always nervous when it comes to the dentist and my teeth but I felt well looked after here.

The staff is very friendly, appointments always on time and I’m already seeing noticeable improvements. They have made the process as smooth as possible. Looking forward to the final results. :)

I’ve been to many dentists before and it was a terrible experience all the time but then I find out about this practice which was near to my home and also with a very professional dentist Dr Karim it was a very nice experience he explains everything in so much detail and give you the best advice

Shocking by the customer service and price!!

I have always been afraid of dentists since my young age and didn't attend my appointments, I have been lucky to found Dr Karim Sejil at orchard orthodontics, I am finally fine to carry on my dental treatment without being that afraid, he is so amazing kind and does his job with caring ! Very good service from the reception too !

Bad customer service.
After multiple blunders by Orchard Orthodontics which were no mistakes of mine or my childs, we received appalling customer service from a member of staff who could not grasp the situation. After many phone calls to first advise the errors made of replacement retainers that I'd paid for, a callback, and sending a complaint in writing (the complaints procedure on the website is not adhered to by staff either) followed by further phone calls - all a waste of my time and energy and were still insistent I paid more money for the missing retainer to be posted and wasted more time to go into the practice twisting it so they were 'seen to give good service'. I am usually a calm person but after over a week of phone calls this member of staff managed to enrage me. We will not be returning to Orchard Orthodontics nor will we be recommending them. They should change their slogan "WE GO THE EXTRA MILE TO MAKE YOU SMILE" Definitely not! This person needs retraining as they are damaging the business. Avoid.

Having completed treatment with Orchard the customer service was mixed. Once in the system (and there's a long wait) the appointments are ok. However it's very much on their terms and little flexibility for you. eg. Arrived 10 mins late due to a major traffic incident on Brixton Hill and they refused to see us, yet we've regularly waited 20+ mins after our appointment time. Arrived for retainer appointment having travelled for an hour in rush hour traffic (and taken daughter out of school) to be told they didn't have them in, but didn't let us know!!!
The practice seems to be the only one local dentists make referrals to and therefore the practice has a monopoly in author dentistry in the area, someone else needs to open an author dentist in Streatham / Brixton to create some competition so their customer service improves.

You can never get through on their phone lines. They have several branches and all serviced by one single line and it is therefore always engaged and you can be on hold for 20 minutes each time!
It drives me crazy every time I need to phone them about my son’s treatment!

Great professional dedicated service. Know how to look after and care for their patient. It’s a place to get your teeth fixed for a perfect smile!
