If there was -5 stars, that is what I would be giving this company! Totally wrong product turned up, then to send it back, was going to cost a fortune, even though it was their mistake! What they call their customer service department, kept emailing me to say I could keep the incorrect order, but offered on a daily basis, between 3-8USD! Do not buy from them, they obviously shouldn’t be trading.

Do not order from these crooks I ordered a dewalt voltage adapter waited over a month and they send me a phone charger. All you get is copy paste responses we will give you 3 usd then 4 then 12 I just want what I ordered

Purchased a pair of nice looking knives for $100 dollars. What arrived was one blade half the size promised. After trying to get a refund the best they would offer was $8. Total scam.

I ordered tools from this website but never received anything.
The provided tracking number is not linked to any real shipping company and shows no meaningful updates.
Customer service only sends generic copy-paste replies and refuses to cancel or refund the order.

I had to open a dispute with my credit card provider due to non-delivery.

I strongly advise everyone to avoid this website.

I ordered a robot kit in Jan 2026; two months later I have not got it. Their tracking info began with the item in Sweden and ended with it 1000 miles from where I live a month ago. Their response to emails is to wait. I think I've been had.

I have received the items incomplete. It had been obvious, as there was no space left in the bag for extra accessory. When I contacted them they wanted to blame me, arguing that the warehouse packed everything, however they couldn't as it won't fit. Obviouselly they are lying. I wanted to check the item on their website again, but they were not selling it anymore. I suspect that these were the left overs with missing accessories, and now they are trying to get money for it instead of decommisioning.

I ordered a tool. been 3 months to get it. asked for a refund, they said no. keep waiting it already shipped.

What I wrote:
I just picked up my new flashlight from you, unfortunately it wasn’t the right one, you send one whit out laser, bag and not the 3100 lumes I have payed for..

The model number isn’t the same on the invoice and box which the flashlight came in.

There reply:
We understand that the product did not meet your expectations, and you wish to return the order.
If you decide to proceed with the return, please note that the shipping cost will be approximately $40-50,
as the package needs to be sent to our warehouse in China.

If this cost is a concern, we discussed the matter with our supervisor and can offer the following solution:
compensate you with 6USD , allowing you to keep the order or dispose of it at your convenience.

Please let us know if this arrangement works for you. We await your response and are ready to assist further.

We are so sorry for your dissatisfaction.
However, upon inspection by our warehouse, the items dispatched to you align with your original order.
As a sign of goodwill, we would like to offer compensation of 3USD .
Will that be acceptable?

(Why should I pay anything for there mistake???)
