I’ve had absolutely terrible customer service from this company. I’m truly sad to have to give Bella’s company a negative review, but none of my experience was positive from beginning to end. I’ve made a total of 3 orders from her company, one was a sample set, one a bigger size in the smell I loved, and when I went to make an order with the best yet (a $100 order), they were running a promotion to get a smaller size free with every purchase of the bigger size. I was so excited to have a purse perfume along with my big size, but when I got the order, there was nothing else.

I specifically made the order when I did to receive both, so I emailed her team off of the link they have on the website. No response, so I tried again and no response. I emailed a third time, and they said they had received it and were working on a reply. When they did respond, they didn’t know what I was talking about and I had to repeat my issue. When they did finally address it, they said I didn’t read the fine print and there was nothing they could do about it. No attempt at help, no effort to make good on the promo my order qualified for…I would have been willing to pay extra shipping to receive it, but no effort at all.
I’m so disappointed because Bella seems so sweet and down to earth, I love her perfume and want to support her company…but I just don’t feel valued as a customer here. They could really improve their customer service.

Company “ghosting” me after $100 purchase! I bought a bottle of this company’s perfume a few months ago, loved it and decided to purchase a larger size as a Mother’s Day gift. The item shipped but, has been stuck in Texas for the last 3-weeks now. I contacted the shipping company who informed me that I would need to contact Orebella directly to find out why I couldn’t get my product. I sent an email which was delivered - they don’t have a phone number or customer service line. I didn’t receive a response. When I tried to reach them a second time, my emails are being returned as undeliverable! I’ve tried multiple times and my emails are being returned. Now, I have no product, no one has contacted me and I can’t reach anyone. I don’t have $100 laying around to just give away!! I’ve filed a claim with my credit card company for the charges. Buyer beware!!!
