Very unprofessional company!

Very unprofessional company!

I had placed an order over a week and a half ago, I had used a promo code for £20 off, then last week I received an email stating it was supposed to be 20% off not £20 off. They advised me that my order would get cancelled, and said order again with the 20% promo code they had given.

1) it is not my issue if you guys advertised the promo incorrectly.

2) I had responded to that email and stated that it wasn’t my fault and I still an looking forward to the product I had ordered.

3) Until this day, I am still awaiting a response and the order to come.

4) I had received a refund, but that’s not what I asked for. I’m a paying customer, who had done nothing wrong yet to get my order cancelled.

STAY AWAY, there are plenty of other companies who provide a better service then these amateurs.

Terrible Customer Service

This is just by far the worst company for dealing with costumers. After making my order with the discount code they publicly advertised on there own website last week they have cancelled and refunded my order. Still waiting for an explanation to why. If it was not for paypal i would be still waiting for my delivery. The worst customer service i have ever came across

Unhappy Customer

I placed an order over a week ago.This was the first time shopping with this company only to receive an email a week later stating they were cancelling my order due to allowing the wrong discount to be applied. A mistake on their part should never be to the detriment of the customer!

Terrible customer service!

Product cancelled without any explanation

I placed an order almost a week ago - I was surprised to receive an email from PayPal today that they have refunded the amount and will not be delivering the product. No explanation, no contact from the company itself.
Therefore I would not recommend them, they are completely unreliable.

AMAZING PRODUCTS!

AMAZING PRODUCTS!
I am in love with the skincare brand!
ALWAYS buy skincare gift sets around Christmas from Origins!
Great value for money and great size products too.
I can’t rave about this company enough never had any issues online always have ingredients cleverly listed online and on packaging the staff in store are fabulous really interested in products and willing to help!
I am a giant fan of the GINZING moisturiser,NIGHT A MINS cream and the whole selection of face masks are fabulous which caters for everyone’s individual needs!
Really worth the money!
Highly reccomend!!

Wonderful products

I started using Origins products about 5 years ago as there was an Origins counter in Boots, Plymouth. The lady that managed this counter was absolutely lovely and very knowledgeable. Sadly, Boots Plymouth chose to close their Origins counter and I am now left with no choice but to buy Origins products online. I cannot fault their special online offers, effective packaging and prompt delivery service but I really miss the excellent skin care advice that was available when they had a counter locally. I would recommend Origins products to anyone that does not want to use chemicals on their skin. Their serums are the best and their products really work!

Sent samples I didn't even know came with order

Purchased a skin care kit during black Friday sale. Wasn't aware that a bunch of samples were suppose to come with it.
2 weeks later I receive an email apologizing that the samples weren't included and that they'd be shipping them out asap.
Received samples a few days ago and I love them all. Some products are much larger than sample size as well!

Login nightmare

Cant login with email and password - resets password through link - still cant login to Origin account - googled problem, and tons of people had simular problems - would have bougth lots of Sims updates for our daugther, but shes getting furniture for her room instead :) Have a grown son who always tried to warn me about gaming through EA games and Origin - Money machine with absolutely no care for the customer what so ever. Stay away from that company!

Tilbud på spil du ikke må købe

Oprettet en børnekonto med tilknytning til en forældre mail. Så kommer der super gode tilbud på nye spil. Tilbagemeldingen er, at mail og password er forkerte - og så udløber tilbuddet.
Der er skrevet til helpdisk, men ingen retursvar. Når der så bliver ringet op, så viser det sig, at sagen er afsluttet uden svar til mig.
Svaret bliver så, at man ikke kan benytte tilbuddet når det er en børnekonto!
SPØRGSMÅL:
1) Hvorfor bliver der givet tilbud til dem der ikke kan benytte det?
2) Hvorfor kommer der ikke svar retur på forespørgsler til helpdesk?
3) Hvorfor lukker de blot helpdesk sagerne uden at svare?
4) Hvorfor er retursvaret at mail og password er forkert, når det ikke er tilfældet?
Når så alt dette ER sket - hvad gør helpdesk så for at hjælpe.... INGEN TING OVERHOVEDET!!!!!
Spørgsmålet til dem, om hvor jeg kan klage, og hvornår jeg kan forvente et svar på min klage er, at det er et amerikansk firma, så de er ikke forpligtet til at svare på klager...

Only buy if you believe you will never need to return any items

My initial experience was good; their customer service number is free to call, and the ladies who answer assured me that returns were free, etc, and there were free samples dangled.
THEN. I had to return a few items. They do not email you to confirm the receipt of those items. After 2 weeks, I called to enquire about the status of the returns and was told that 2 of the items I had put in could not be found but that the CSO would refund me for that anyway. I told them that it might have been hidden in the packaging and to search more thoroughly. The CSO promised to pass it on to the warehouse staff, telling me to wait a few more days.

The refunds did not come through even after a week. The next CSO I reached now denied the existence of the missing product at all. She asked that I provide proof that it had been included in the box - SERIOUSLY, HAS ANYONE TAKEN PICTURES OF ALL THEIR RETURNS? - or she would not refund me. It is an unfair burden of proof on the customers' part as we would usually TRUST the company. Curiously, it is also the most expensive item that that their warehouse staff claim to have not found.
So do NOT buy anything from this website unless you are absolutely sure you don't have to return anything. They might "lose" it for you and claim to have never received it, leaving you out of pocket and without the product.

Snyd med gratis prøver

Jeg havde fået et super godt tilbud, med 3 dejligt gratis prøver ved alle køb, den ene på 30 ml. Jeg fik så bare ikke de prøver men nogle andre små mini prøver. ringede til kunde service i Danmark de var super søde og hjælpesomme, men så er der ligesom ikke sket mere. Jeg føler mig temmelig snydt.
Jeg ringede så igen efter ca. 1 uge til kundeservice over at jeg intet havde hørt fra dem, da de havde lovet at svare pr. e-mail. Hende jeg snakkede med svarede som vinde blæste i øst og vest og forklarer mig at mange andre havde det samme problem. Og at jeg bare måtte vente og se om der dukkede noget, OK hvad skal jeg bruge det svar til.
De er vældig søde at snakke med i kundesservice, det virker bare som om de ikke aner hvad de laver, hvilket får det hele til at virke totalt professionelt.
