Have been using Ormskirk Pets for a few years. They offer good value & and excellent customer service. I did my usual 4 monthly order one evening & the following day there was a 10% discount. They honoured the new price which was very kind. The dog food I buy is expensive & difficult to source but Ormskirk provide the best price & deliver to your door.

Absolutely love this family run company. Very helpful and orders are sent out same day for delivery within 2 days, one order got mislaid by the courier company and they re-sent my order to me at no extra cost. Prices are very reasonable, both my dogs love their Good Boy treats I get from them. I’ve bought from them many times now and will continue to do so! 10 out 10 all round for Ormskirk Pets! 👍👍

Very friendly company. It’s great that I can sign up to a monthly subscription of dog food so that I don’t forget to order it. Deliveries are timely and they answer email queries quickly. Would definitely recommend. 🙂

Just placed my second order with Ormskirk. I followed up with an email asking not to send by Evri as they are useless in my area. I know when I placed the order it said some items were delayed and so it was my choice to place the order and wait. Happy to say that the next day my order is being despatched and that they haven't used Evri. For me, it's refreshing to receive such good service
