SCAMMERS

They scammed me and are making me pay $50-60 a month and are trying to gaslight me saying I wanted to do that but I literally have screenshots saying otherwise. Please please please do not but off them they suck and when I emailed them to confront them about it they told me they are still going to charge me that money every month. Please do not buy off here.

Over three months now and I’ve never…

Over three months now and I’ve never received my order. They haven’t offered a refund. I’ve emailed every single officer at their company and with no response. I’ll never buy from them again and I would strongly strongly urge anybody considering it to not do so.

Who the heck is aro and DHS is connected to info@pardons .org, I know where their offices are BC, markham Montreal
This agency is some debt collection for infopardonds.org
I believe pardonds canada is stealing money to pay for their debts.
Student loans . Me no I have none, law debt, superior court sounds like money went to help pay a divorce or student loans or bills common trash

2.5 years later, they still owe me $500

November 2022 I ordered python boots. January I returned them. It is now July 2025 and a refund has never been issued. As a matter of fact, not only has the refund not been issued, but their Customer Service team has completely decided to ignore any of my inquiry. Their Customer Service phone number has never worked. The furthest I ever got in my emails with Customer Service was them stating that a request has been filed to their accounting team AND that they’re unable to communicate with their accounting team to provide any further help. This company is what is wrong with the world and I hope they gnikc*f burn. They have stolen $500 and face no repercussions.

Oro Los Angeles / arnaque

J’ai passé commande de chaussures ( prix 530€ ) sur ce site le (le 4 avril) . Après le paiement, j’ai reçu un email de confirmation, mais depuis… plus rien. Des réponses automatiques à mes relances par mail ou via leur formulaire de contact. Cela fait maintenant plus de (4 mois), et je n’ai jamais été livré .
Je pense lancer une procédure ! En tout cas c’est vraiment honteux !! D’autant plus que j’avais déjà commandé 2020 sans problème et superbe qualité.

TLDR - This use to be a functioning company. But has dwindled into a shell of scams.

While I have ordered from ORO Los Angeles from the past, my experience with them have declined with each purchase.

First purchase, the Rista jeans, while it was a gift from my wife. Fit perfect and still wear them till this day. This was several years ago.

Second purchase which was a few years ago, it was one of the last remaining BEO denim. I got it in my size and in actuality, they were way too small. I measured them and in fact they were a size too small. I did seriously think about returning them, however, it ultimately wouldn't be worth it. Especially when they were sold out and I could no longer get one even in a size up. Also the cost to do so. I don't live in America and the return cost was too much to make any sense.

Third attempt was the worst experience. Tried to buy the Noir Everyday denim and my card declined. Thought that was weird. Then I got a call from an number I didn't recognize. I ignored it. Checked my information again and tried to purchase it a second time. I thought it could have been an error on my part. Declined again. Saw that I had a voice mail and it was "my bank" telling me that I had activity on my card and I was to call a number. Robotic voice of course. This is definitely not normal legit behaviour.

Update: Turns out the call from my cc company was indeed legit and they flagged the purchase as fraudulent. I have never experienced a problem with my cc before so it was good they caught it.

I did some digging and found out that ORO use to use services like GooglePay and PayPal etc. So the fact that they don't anymore is a huge red flag. My two previous purchases were through PayPal.

Yep not sure what happened to this company. But clearly they shouldn't be operating at all. Reading the one star reviews, I thought I would share my experience with those who might be interested.

Ordered a pair of Chelsea boots over…

Ordered a pair of Chelsea boots over four months ago—still no delivery. Every attempt to reach customer service via email or phone has been blatantly ignored. Multiple refund requests have gone unanswered. This isn’t just poor service—it’s outright fraud. This company is running a deliberate scam, exploiting customers and pocketing money without fulfilling orders. The number of similar complaints shows a clear pattern of deception. This deserves legal action—a class-action lawsuit should be seriously considered. This is third-rate, scammer behavior disguised as a legitimate business operating in the U.S. Enough is enough.

WORST COMPANY EVER, I PLACED AN ORDER FOR A WEEK AGO PAID EXTRA FOR SHIPPING I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. I KEEP EMAILING THEM AND THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING TO ME EMAILS. THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER DOES NOT WORK. THIS ONLINE STORE IS A SCAM DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE THIEVES!!!!

I ordered my boots back in February 19th and was told there was a delay and they are experiencing high demands and that I would receive my boots in mid to late March well the time has passed and it's now May 8th and I still haven't received my boots and I requested my money back and I've been ignored I've sent over 10 emails and these thieves, have not refunded my money back they're a scam

You’ve got to be kidding me. It’s been a year, and you’re still holding my money. I’ve requested a refund multiple times, yet you continue to ignore or refuse me. This isn’t a delay it’s outright theft. If this so-called organization is legitimate, expect a call from my lawyer.

Horribly unethical

Horribly unethical. Bought and $600+ python boots. Have sent over 100 emails. Talk to multiple customer service reps all claiming to not be able to communicate with billing. I have returned the boots and have yet to receive any money back. They now simply ignore my emails. This company needs to be taken out of business.

I've been shopping with ORO for years

I've been shopping with ORO for years. Have numerous jeans and their boots are fantastic. Last year I ordered boots for a wedding. I had to send them back. No refund offered but a store credit. Now we are almost a year into this. I've tried to order a replacement pair of boots.Every time I email them I get the same BS response. They are no help. Either refund my $ that you've had for almost a year or send me the boots. Customer service is pure trash. Thinking about getting together a class action lawsuit!
