have an orosound tilde pro. the microphone has stopped working so I contacted support via email a week ago.
Only response I got was the ticket number. nothing since, despite MULTIPLE emails. I gave them 1-star because i couldn't give them zero stars. this company is useless

The headset is great. I use it outdoors in very noisy environment (70dB) and I can fool everyone on the calls that I'm at home. It doesn't cancel the surrounding sound, but it puts everything further away. You can talk and be aware of things that you might need to tune.
The modular design is everything, the mic was damaged and I just bought another one, without having to send the headset to a shop. In the future if I damage the ear pads, same easy fix.
However it came with a nonworking button, it took 4 months to get an answer from them and finally sent a new one back with apologizes, it seems that they were changing teams.. bad timing? 6 stars for the product, 4 stars for the support

Got some issues with boom mic, after a short conversation with support, got a replacement of the entire headset.

They were flexible and sent replacement in advance without waiting for the defective headset to be delivered.

1. I bought this headset mostly because of great test results regarding the ANC microphone. This was the first dissapointment. In the first digital meeting i had in the open landscape I was kindly asked by my client to go to a more quiet place.

2. The boom mic stopped working and I contacted the support. They wanted to replace it and I asked if I could try some trouble shooting before shipping small parts all over the world. Before i got ana answer it magically worked again…

3. The bluetooth turns on and off, device connected and dis-connected, numerous times during a short call/meeting that I stopped using it.

Have tried to make a refund but didnt get any response on any of my e-mails. Bought another pair from a more known company and are happy with those. Recommendation: Avoid Orosound

Best headset for office use and also very good for music. Also great customer support always there to help.
