Chair is great except.
Chair is great, For someone who wants a massage chair but does not have the room this is it. It can replace a normal tv chair. Only one problem. the remote control. It is cheap plastic with no reference to the buttons. you have to turn on a light to use it. I can see it breaking. Why is it not wireless or a phone app. Too simple.

Bought the OS-3D Premier, it helped my mom and wife relief their chronic back pain, worth every dollar. Was especially impressed with Mona, she arranged everything and made the purchase an awesome experience.
