Staff are helpful and have a full knowledge of Osim products.

I purchased an OSIM massage chair for £1,080, expecting a reliable, high-end product. Unfortunately, the chair suffered a total electrical and mechanical failure after just less than 4 months of normal use.

When I contacted customer service to report the fault, their response was completely unhelpful. Instead of arranging a replacement, repair, or covering the return costs for a defective product under UK consumer law, they attempted to shift the burden onto me and asked me to pay the postage to send the product back, and when I disagreed this, I tried to contact them via email and Wechat and they totally ignored my message.

Because of their poor after-sales service and refusal to take responsibility, I had to raise a Section 75 claim through my credit card provider, which is now actively being investigated.

If you are considering buying from OSIM, be warned: if something goes wrong, you will likely face a battle to get proper support. Do not expect them to respect your legal rights easily.

The OSIM brand is well known and trusted. We visited their warehouse in Crewe and Louis let us tried different models before deciding on the ones that best suited our needs. The purchase experience was smooth and efficient. The delivery was on time and the team took the chair in with great care, set it up and show us the functions. They even took away the old chair for us.

Natalie helped us with the payment and she always replied our messages promptly. When we visited the OSIM kiosk in Westfield Shepherds Bush, Natalie was there to answer all our queries and she was very knowledgeable about the products. I am pleased with their after sales service. No question is too small for her. We had a good purchasing experience with OSIM.

The kiosk is located outside Waterstones inside Westfields Shepherds Bush shopping centre and displays quite a few models of their massage chairs and accessories. The staff member, Natalie, talked us through the various products and was so informative and helpful answering all our questions, especially regarding delivery. She went to great lengths to ensure we would have a smooth delivery. She also followed up to ensure the massage chair was successfully delivered and if we needed any user help. The whole transaction was exceptional and Natalie made every step clear and easy. Would highly recommend if you are looking for massage chairs and more!

A massive shoutout to Gareth, the Manchester Regional Manager, for his incredible patience. He closely followed up on my order from purchase to delivery, keeping in touch even when he was away from the UK.
On delivery day, Andrew and Chris from the Delivery Team did a fantastic job. They were extremely careful moving the massage chair into my home, which was both bulky and heavy. Even though I had provided the doorway dimensions beforehand, they meticulously measured everything again to ensure a flawless fit. After a smooth installation, they also walked me through the basic operations.
To top it off, Gareth reached out two weeks later to check if I had any questions about using the chair. It was truly a flawless and wonderful buying experience! Highly recommended!

Purchasing a massage chair is a big choice, after comparing many brands we decided to go with Osim. The sales experience was great from Natalie. What’s also great was the professional delivery and assembly, we have a narrow sliding door but the guys handled it with confidence and professionaly. We ended up purchasing the uLove3 Latte. It’s been two weeks since it arrived and it has been great so far, I use it everyday to rewind after work.

I ordered a massage chair from Osim recently, our sales rep Gareth was great, patiently answered all my questions in detail and shared important information to make sure the chair will fit through my doorways, shared timely updates with me on delivery status. The delivery staff Chris was also great, they arrived on time and took good care of the chair despite its weight and made sure it will fit through my doorways again prior to moving it inside my home, they placed the chair exactly where I want it placed (a narrow space), and showed me how to operate the chair before they left. A positive experience overall.

I purchased a uLove 3 and it’s amazing. Such a varied massage and coupled with the app it has so many different programs to choose from. The service I received from order to delivery has been first class. Thank you to Natalie and Andrew for a faultless purchase

Contacted Osim website in regards to location and times and was advised on temporary location in Manchester. Gary was very quick and prompt in letting me know the details/venue and availability. We arranged a visit and he explained in great details functionality, design, variations and great variety of details. Order was prompt and the delivery guys were prompt and very efficient. After delivery support was provided to ensure all was working expected and to our satisfaction. A very good all round experience from Osim and Gary.
